Minimum age is 7 years to participate in snorkeling
Don't forget to bring your bathing suit, towel, sunglasses and biodegradable sunblock. Only biodegradable sunscreen is allowed to be used by guests who wish to snorkel due to reef damage caused by normal sunscreen.
You are not allowed to participate in this tour if you're pregnant, diabetic, have had heart surgery or a history of heart conditions, hip or walking problems, have had any type of recent surgery or an asthma condition

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

The lunch was a generous size, and the staff was very friendly. Angel took us out snorkeling. He pointed out a lot of cool things we would have missed. Our waiter Noah was always coming over with drinks. You definitely need water shoes!!!

Very choppy so kayaking was a little rough and not a lot of fish because of the rough seas . My Waiter was very attentive toour need needs. The food was delicious

Fun time with friends. Very unorganized getting to the meeting place. We were not given a pick up time and the original place we were supposed to meet was a closed Carls Jr. It was confusing and finally found our pick up at 7-11.

We purchased this excursion for our parents and two siblings who wanted to hang out at the beach while we rode ATVs. They had a great experience although they had to shut down kayaking and snorkeling because the waters were too rough. Their only comment about the beach otherwise was that it was a bit rocky. The food was really good and included drinks which was a big plus!

The whole experience was absolutely amazing. Ariel was very tentative and kept our glasses full while Roberto took us on an amazing snorkeling adventure where we saw lots of fish, a squid and a stingray. There were kayaks available or you could just swim in the amazingly blue water while the colorful fish swim around you.

So much fun! Roberto was an awesome snorkel guide! He made sure my kids were safe and comfortable for their first time snorkeling and so patient! Joaquin was the best server ever! Made sure we never had empty drinks and always made sure we were getting enough to eat! Will definitely go back!

Heads up- taxi fare is only $12 each way. I was so glad for the help I just paid $20 each time. When we arrived we were given bracelets for the “all inclusive” and a time was written on them. Not sure why the server wrote the time on them, but ok. We were there fairly early and before the crowds. We brought our own masks for snorkeling and only borrowed fins from them. We were not told about the guided snorkeling or asked if we wanted to do that. We had to snorkel on our own- no biggie. We asked for towels and even though (and I didn’t realize it at the time) our reservation included a free towel per person) we were charged for the towels - $5 rental and $5 deposit. The deposit was returned but we still ended up paying an extra $10 for towels that wasn’t necessary. There was a buffet set up and we made use of it- as our reservation denoted- and we were told by our server that the buffet wasn’t for us and we weren’t supposed to eat from it. We were given a menu to order from and told the menu was included. We ordered a couple of drinks- we aren’t big drinkers- and the one alcoholic drink we had was very weak and watered down, the virgin daquiris were undrinkably sweet and all drinks, even sodas, came in very tiny 6 or 8 oz glasses. Server was super anxious to attend to us when we got there but then was hard to find the rest of our visit. He kept asking us if we were ready to leave and told us we had to give him our wristbands when we left even going so far as to take them off of our wrists when we asked for a cab- literally ripping them off our wrists. There were shops there but it’s all the same junky stuff as all over the pier area. The bathroom is set back a ways from the beach/pool area and has an attendant who was lovely. Bathroom was basically clean but the toilets are iffy as to whether or not they will flush. Spoiler- mine didn’t. All in all this was not worth the even low price for it and actually ended up costing more than a “better” excursion when you factor in taxi fares and getting scammed for the towels. I would not recommend.

We arrived in the morning only to be told that ocean activities (snorkeling, kayaking, swimming) were not allowed on the island that day due to the weather. The water was choppy and there was wind but it was a beautiful day. Wish we had gotten a call before we wasted $30 round trip on a taxi and 45 minutes of our day getting there before we were told this. We ended up not participating in any excursions on this day due to the lack of communication.

We had a lovely time!

We enjoyed ourselves here. It was a nice getaway, but nothing spectacular. The beach is kind of Rocky, but crystal clear water. We had the "all-Inclusive" package and our waiter made sure we had plenty of drinks (More than I needed).

Beautiful Waters

The beach club was a bit away from the city, upon arriving I immediately noticed that there was not much of a beach area. The chaise lounges were not in the best condition however the crystal clear water was so beautiful. Many people were snorkeling however you could see the fish swimming all around you. The beach was not crowded since it was a bit away from the city and hotels. Lunch was provided and all you could drink for 4 hours. The staff was extremely attentive.

I'm giving it 5 stars only because of the staff and the actual set up the place. The only issue I had with this place was the entrance of the ocean, it was terrible, so many rocks that you can't really get into the ocean without having shoes on. But other than food and drinks were great!

The overall resort was not as luxurious as many other places. A matter of fact they didn't really even have a pool. The beach was rocky as you entered the water, but the snorkeling was phenomenal. Our snorkeling guide was awesome, and there was a photographer to take pictures under water, which was awesome except the cost of the disc of pics was ridiculous. It was only a 12 cab fair from the port one way and there were taxis waiting on us when we were ready to return to the port. Food and drinks were great.

"Beach"-more like 100 chairs stacked so close you can feel your neighbor sweating on you, up against the coral beach with no sand- bring shoes! It only includes 4 hrs of drinks. PROS: lots of fish and a few stingrays while snorkeling, food was decent, drinks were strong (too strong for me to enjoy)

We loved the restaurant service and thought it would be a beach day. There was instead only a very treacherous reef entrance to the ocean for snorkelers. Several people fell on their way out or way in from the ocean. We opted not to go in the ocean because of the highly dangerous ocean entry. Several college students arrived and smoked cigars and did teq. shots on the beach. Felt like it was a spring break weekend...not what we envisioned at all. You should advertise this only as a snorkelers adventure. We left after 2.5 hours since there was no way to enter the ocean safely to swim. Severely disappointed for the money we spent on this.

This was the perfect getaway for my boyfriend and I. The drinks were well made and the staff was very friendly and eager to please. We saw puffer fish, lobsters, and a wide variety of aquatic life on the little private beach snorkel tour. We also enjoyed the amazing food. The portions were generous and ridiculously yummy. The wonderful service and lack of crowds made this excursion well worth the money.

Awesome!! Can't say enough about the staff! We lost our GoPro (camera) in the water on the beach and were devastated. Within a week of returning home to CA I had an email from Sam that they'd found our camera and would be happy to ship it back to us! He did and it still worked! Great experience!!

The beach was nice but the fact that we paid for a package deal was very limiting. Though all hard liquor drinks were included in the open bar, i was told I would have to pay for an iced coffee. Though a choice of 4 kinds of sandwiches were included in the lunch, guacamole and chips were not included and I had to pay for them. As to the snorkel, the guide took out 4 of us, 3 strong swimmers and one weaker swimmer. After 15 minutes, he said we had to come back because of the strong current. The 3 of us could have easily handled it. He simply apologized and told us that was all. He also told us it was his first day as he asked us for his tip. I felt cheated.
