    We enjoyed this zip line and the staff was very attentive and safety conscious. Listen to safety instructions and DO them. One in our party was injured. Please, be forewarned that there are six towers that you will be doing quite a bit of climbing up and down ladders at each platform. This hasn’t been my experience with other zip lines, but they all very, just wanted others to be aware. Even some in our party that are physically fit were pretty tired by the end.

    We loved it. Flying through the air was so exciting. All the guys were so helpful and professional. We knew we were in good hands. Everyone was really friendly. We had so much fun.

    We had a blast on this tour! Guides were very friendly, professional and safety conscious. Close to port with a 10 minute cab ride. Pictures they took were wonderful and reasonably-priced for the whole set. Great tour for all ages and levels.

    First time doing zipline in my life. This was one of my bucket lists and it was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The crew were great in explaining and letting us know what needs to be done at each stop.

    The guys harnessing us up helped us feel very safe and secure. Overall had an amazing experience, and was sad to see it end.

    Such an amazing staff. My first time ziplining. I was so nervous but after the first tower I was able to relax. Gerardo, Angel, and Diego were so great with me!!!!! I wanted to go again and again!

    Had a great time on this adventure! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable & VERY SAFE especially Diego, he goes above & beyond to please the customer & make everything flow smoothly. They even called ahead & had our taxi on the way before the course was completed. Discounted prices were made for photos which of course made me happy 😃 I’d book again & recommend new comers to do so as well.

    We loved exploring the whale sharks in their natural habitat. We were able to see quite a few - they were basically surrounding our boat. We got in the water twice…the experience is luck of the draw depending on how fast or active the shark is. Overall, that part was pretty neat. On the flip side - the captain was very demanding and not very warm. He could have been a little nicer. Everyone else in our group had the same read on his personality - he was pretty abrasive. The trip was REALLY long for what it was. Drive to Cancun - over an hour, boat ride - over 3 hours, in the water with sharks - 15 minutes. Stopping at the island was pointless. You can’t explore or snorkel, the guide basically taught us about the sharks while standing in the water. The food was questionable. Not sure homemade ham and cheese is safe out of refrigeration. Same for the home made ceviche. They made that right on the boat without washing their hands. Doesn’t seem very sanitary. If you go, I would recommend packing a lunch. This was probably one of our least favorite experiences while in Mexico. Was a really long day for what it was.

We are glad your interaction with the shark was great however we apologize if you feel our Captain was a little demanding and abrasive, this is not excuse but his safety is in your hands and he only wants everyone to be cautions and careful on the tour. We will share this comment with our crew, including the Captain as there are certain ways to approach people and specially to customers We want to thank you also for letting us know as this will help us to improve our service and make everyone else's experience better.     We were not greeted like we were told we would be. Had to wait in hot van while driver found us a guide. No time to see ruins
