The arrangement was good and the tour guide was very helpful , fluent in English.However the main tour agent should make the tour more flexible in time for special assistance person.

What a great experience working with this tour operator. Even though it’s early start, 4:30 am, it was all worth it. It started with a minibus ride to a train station where we took a train to Macchu Pichu town, then from there another minibus ride to the top of the mountain and get amazed by the Macchu Pichu ruins. Our tour guide Jorge (“George”) made the visit even better. Jorge was awesome, not only giving all the facts about the history of the site but also showing photos representing the original site settings, etc. Jorge also helped our group with our individual photos and telling us the best locations for them.

I never went on the tour and am still waiting for a refund. The one day tour I was told could not be done and would require me to stay the night in Agua calientes. I had to call the tour company to find anything out the day before and no one contacted me to confirm pick up or explain anything. I tried several times and eventually was told that what I purchased could not be honored. Since I was short on time I could not do a two day excursion.
