Great cruise awful communication

I alerted the company first thing in the morning that our pickup time was saying 8.00pm . At 12.15 a random text arrived just saying hello . This later transpired to be the pick up driver. I returned to the hotel at 5.30to find a message written at 15.50saying our pickup was at 6.00pm !! I had checked my messages at 3.30. We rushed to get ready and when finally able to locate the driver left at approx 6.20 When we reached the dhow our instructions had no name and we were not allowed access until a security guard took us to the dhow the driver had told us to head for found our names.That was very humiliating as it appeared we were trying to board without the correct documentation . I have to say that I would ideal rate the actual cruise and food separately as that was definitely a 5 star experience .

Pour un dîner romantique, quand ont est à table avec d’autres personnes, je vois pas où c’est romantique, le repas était correct, verre de bienvenue et ensuite des bouteilles d’eau à température ambiante sur les tables donc chaude et boissons pétillantes égales du Coca cola ou rien La balade en bateau avec un toit à l’étage supérieur est gênant pour faire des photos et le parcours pas top départ de la marina où il fait un aller retour et ensuite nous allons à la grande roue où il tourne en rond devant pour passer le temps, nous avons rien vue d’autre c’est dommage Le spectacle nous avons juste eut l’homme qui tourne en rond pas terrible Le transfert était à l’heure c’est le seul point positif merci à lui
