Terrible food, Incomplete itinerary, cruise is different than what is shown in pics

Hello! The tour itinerary said there would be two shows, instead there was only one show. the food was supposed to be of 5 star category, but it was not eatable. Food was terrible. when I asked the tour operator about the second show, he said both of them were tantura dances. The boat picture shown in the pics while the time I booked was also different than what they had. It was a bad experience, I would advise not to use viator , specially in Dubai instead book directly from tour operators.

Sat on the boat for one hour and a half before it moved with only a glass of very warm water in a badly chipped glass. Ladies toilet didn’t work so only 1 ladies toilet between a whole boat of passengers. Moved for 5 minutes then sat still for the rest of the ‘cruise’ Food was disgusting and had to fight for it so couldn’t eat it. Everyone cheered when the doors finally opened to get off. Will be complaining and reviewing so that nobody else has such an awful experience. Complete waste of time and money. Horrible.

No sunset dinner. No show Just nothing that was said on the trip was done. Cannot recommend to anyone. It not good

Dear Esther we read your feedback and you didn't menationed the exact reason which you dislike how you can say no dinner and no Show because our Cruise Capacity is 300 Pax so if we not provide the Dinner and Show then how we can run the cruise with 300 Pax so please change the review Thanks

C’est une activité pas chère mais qui n’est pas oufff!! La nourriture est médiocre, c’est juste la ballade en bateau qui est intéressante au milieu des buildings. Le personnel est charmant
