Sheikh Zayed Centre is closed on Friday and Saturday
Mosques have very strict dress codes. Women must wear long, loose clothing with their arms and legs fully covered. Women are also required to cover their heads at all times. However, A long Abaya with scarf (long black dress attire) will be provided by the company if needed which must be returned back.. Men are prohibited from showing above their knees, and must cover their shoulders. Failure to do so will result in refusal of entry. This tour will not provide any clothing for men
The pickup will be from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM. Make sure to be ready at the hotel lobby by 8:00 AM. On Fridays, you will be picked up from 01:00 PM to 01:45 PM

Hamza was a great host. I learned more about the history of the UAE from him on the ride to Abu Dhabi than I did during the rest of my trip. The time allotted for seeing both the Louvre (2 hours) and the mosque (1 hour) were spot on.

Organized, easy communication leading up to and during the activity. Clean cars. Tour guide was easy to understand and knowledgeable. I recommend taking the time given after the mosque tour to have lunch, otherwise you’re using up your museum time on lunch.

I went last Thursday to the great Mosque & the Louvre - in general it was an excellent tour and very insightful! However, I would not recommend it to women who travel alone. The guide asked me out on the date even though I did not send any signals whatsoever. It made me feel very uncomfortable - maybe just remind the guides leading the tours: female solo travellers wish to have their space and feel safe and do not want to be approached romantically on a tour. Thank you!

Look no further - chose this tour if you want time at the Louvre and the Grand Mosque!

The tour guide was excellent. He was patient and very accommodating to all of the passengers. The Mosque was incredible. The Louvre a bit less spectacular although the architecture is terrific. I would recommend as an excursion outside of Dubai.
