We're truly sorry to hear that your recent experience on tour with us was disappointing. Our aim is to provide our guests with a memorable and safe journey, and it's disappointing to learn that you feel that your experience fell short of that standard.
We take all feedback seriously and were concerned about your comments regarding the driver/guide's behaviour. We understand that the guide's professionalism hasn't reached your expectations and we will investigate this case to be sure our driver/guide is enough prepared to run a tour. However, sometimes it is very difficult to strike the perfect balance in commentary and to find a sense of humour every passenger enjoys. I can assure you though that none of our drivers tries to be awful with our passengers deliberately. Again, we can only apologise.
I'm sorry that you felt the restaurant we have chosen was not good enough, as you can imagine options in the highlands are quite limited.
Although, we are glad to hear you liked our itinerary and enjoyed the places we visited.
