    A privilege to see these beautiful works of art

    Waited so many years to get to the Uffizi gallery. It was everything I imagined and more! Our Viator guide was very good at describing and explaining the paintings we saw. It is well worth having a guide help you understand all that is going on in a painting. Consider yourself fortunate if you have an opportunity to see all beautiful paintings in the gallery. You will be glad you did.

    The tour operator was waiting for us at the meeting point. She swiftly collected our tickets and we could go straight into the gallery. The Uffizi Gallery is amazing and well worth a visit!

    Guide did not seem interested in the tour; talked nonstop and questions did not seem welcome. Somewhat condescending not only to us but to other visitors. Only saw 5 of top 10 highlight paintings…seems we could have seen them all.

    Met rep at assigned place and were immediately let into a very short line- EASY!! We were inside within 5 minutes

    The Uffizi was excellent. This booking service was terrible. skip the line?? We waited 1 hour BEFORE the line. Only 10 minutes in the line. We arrived 15 minutes prior, listed to our coordinator, Cecilia, argue with prior guests, listened to her excuses that this company didn’t have enough tickets for us. Not impressed.

    Very complicated to get ticket and almost can not skip the line. The travel agent is totally not recommended. She was late and did not show how to skip the line. We spend time to explain for skip the line at entrance.

    Great museum. The audio option was OK. Was expecting a bit more and plenty there to read for each item and audio only available for a small percentage

    It was a little more difficult to find where our tickets should be picked up. The person was a little late (given we're supposed to show up so early) and disorganized with a broken phone screen that she was looking up names on, but we got our tickets and did our self-tour just fine. Happy with the quick entry instead of waiting in line.
    Strike ruins trip to gallery

    Due to workers strike, we were not able to enter the gallery at all. We were there at the correct time, but no one was being allowed to enter the gallery. We were offered the option to come back after 2pm, or the next day, but we could not as we were leaving Florence for Venice at 2:20.. Was told they were not sure if I could get a refund, since it was less than 25 hours before, which seems ridiculous since they could not provide the gallery entry as promised.

    Our guide was very knowledgeable. Fabulous museum Allerheiligen classics and some Carravaggio too. Hot chocolate on the roof was fun

    This Gallery was amazing and there was so much to see, I would recommend either giving yourself plenty of time to experience it. It was a bit hectic, crowded and disorganized to meet up at the designated point. Perhaps a guided tour would be better than a self-guided.

    Staying in queue twice. Delivery of the tickets has a lot of space for improvement. Entrance to the Uffizi is not clearly signed.

    Unfortunatly, it's not in our hands if the museum let you wait for the tickets check. About the delievery of the ticket I am pretty sure that it was on time and with a great responsibilliy for securing your entry. Thnk you!

    The Tour was perfect for the cost and the time allotted. Our tour guide Frederica was very knowledgeable and gave us great insight into Michelangelo's work on the David statue and some of his unfinished works. I then went to the Uffizi gallery on my own using the included ticket. I would recommend springing for an electronic self guided tour as there were so many important works in this amazing museum.

    There's no way you can enjoy the Uffizi museum in just one visit. It's just a wealth of information, history and beauty. The directions to get our tickets was easy and we got right in no problems....ahead of a line...just make sure you get in the right line! 😉

    Uffizi gallery was beautiful. Well, worth purchasing the skip the line pass. Give yourself time to locate the meeting point to get your ticket with so many people around it is sometimes chaotic locating the meeting point. However, as long as you read the instructions on viator on where to pick up it is not a problem.
