  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • This is a private service. Only members of your party will participate
  • Child seats available on request. The extra cost of €5 has to be paid cash to the driver
  • In the event that a day time train is delayed, and the new arrival time implies a night time service (from 9pm to 7am), you will have to pay a supplement of € 20 to the driver
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Stressful finding our drive at SMN. Had to text company multiple times so rather stressful. Showed up about 20 minutes late. Drive was uneventful but expensive for about 2 miles. Would suggest walking if you are under a mile.

Perfecto el viaje. El chófer muy amable, nos estaba esperando en la puerta bien ubicado y con un cartel. Nos ayudó a cargar las valijas. Fue muy útil tener el chófer para no perder tiempo a la llegada.
