Pick up at the Hotel in Florence if centrally located. In case the Hotel is not located in Florence city center we will arrange the pick up in a location in Florence city center to be advised. Morning Option Pick up at 8.45 am until 31st March 2024 and at 8.30 am from 1st April 2024 Afternoon Option Pick up at 2 pm until 31st March 2024 and at 3 pm from 1st April 2024

What To Expect

After being picked up from your Florence hotel, travel to Pisa and begin your tour with a guided visit of Piazza dei Miracoli and the iconic exterior of the Leaning Tower. Stroll past the Baptistery, the largest in Italy, as well as the Cathedral. If you wish, it will also be possible to purchase the admission ticket to the Baptistery (to be paid on site directly from your guide), which includes also a priority access inside the wonderful Cathedral.

Before the walking tour ends, your guide will be glad to lead you through the historical quarter to reach Piazza Arcivescovado, where the impressive Palazzo Vescovile is located. Afterward, enjoy a scenic drive back to Florence.

Perfect way to see Pisa from Florence

Beautiful drive from Florence to Pisa. Met guide Davida who was knowledgeable articulate and flexible to our wishes. For extra 10€ saw all the five main attractions - tower cathedral baptistery cemetery and museum. All interesting and/or beautiful. Then Maurizio our driver returned us to the Piazza Michelangelo where we had great views of Florence before walking to Santa Croce where so many greats are buried. Brilliant trip

It was well worth the additional money to have a private car bring us to Pisa and a private tour guide. The two of us were able to take with the driver, ask questions and learn interesting facts about Florence, Pisa and Italy as we rode from Florence to Pisa. The tour guide in Pisa was exceptional; she had extensive knowledge of the city and the history and encouraged my 11 year old nephew to ask questions and answered them at a level that he could comprehend. Some many people told me there was nothing to see in Pisa apart from a leaning tower how're ever I think the value in experiencing Pisa comes down to having a knowledgeable and friendly guide to explain all the history behind the tour, the baptistery and Duomo. I was fortunate to have this on my trip and my guide was fantastic.
