Our tour in Pisa/Florence was SPECTACULAR!!! Simona our guide made the tour fun, interesting and at times hilarious. She made this tour memorable for us. She went over and above to show us the Tuscan region and points of interest. It started raining in the middle of the tour and she had extra umbrellas for us to use. She was conscientious about the time and got us back to the cruise ship before the time to leave the port. If you get a chance take this tour you will be blessed.

Simona was outstanding. We were picked up right at the ship in the rain and she had umbrellas ready. The best part was we could do whatever we wanted. Highly recommend, we were a group of 8. We took the scenic route from Pisa to Florence and stopped at a winery. Beats the ship tour.

If you want to see Florence, Pisa and the Tuscan countryside in a day, this is the tour to take! Carlo was an incredible tour guide (and great driver) and made the trip so interesting and comfortable for us. The van was nicely air conditioned, which was a relief from the summer heat, and it was small enough to get up close to so many great sights. We can’t rave enough about what a great time we had or just how thoughtful and accommodating Carlos was.

When you have a problem they will go out of their way to help you , that is when you know they are great . I was sick and could not go out with my 8 nieces and nephews age range 17 to 29 there was a problem and they took care of it . When I go back to Italy I will book with them again and again .

Our guide, Emiliano, was wonderful. He showed us beautiful sites in Florence that we would have missed on our own. We enjoyed a great lunch at Casa Toscana at his recommendation. We added tickets to the Galleria dell' Accademia Museum to see the original of Michelangelo's David. It was amazing and we enjoyed spending time seeing all the beautiful works of art. Pisa was also a highlight. Emiliano was very knowledgeable and pointed out so many landmarks during our tour. It was a memorable and truly enjoyable experience!

This was the only excursion I arranged of our family holiday.with my son, his wife and my niece ..My daughter-in-law had arranged 3 other tours and all 3 were great ao I was nervous that this one would not be as good...I shouldn't have worried....Artan was wonderful and gave us a fantastic view of Florence..I can't say anything negative about this day..It began when Artan met us at the Jade and returned us ti the shop wonderfully happy with our day in Florence and Pisa...Thank you Artan....

Day trip to Florence

There is so much to see and do in Florence. We knew it would be a lot to tackle. We came in from the port in Livorno. Great guide and transportation for the 7 of us. We skipped Pisa to give us more time in Florence. The guide did a short detour through beautiful countryside that was very enjoyable but did give us less time than we hoped for in the museums. We managed to fit in a walking tour of Florence, the Accademia and Ufizzi, along with lunch at a great restaurant close to the Duomo, a quick look at the Ponte Veccio bridge and a beautiful view overlooking the city. Really need a week in Florence but it was a great day and overview.

What a fantastic experience. We had been to Italy twice before but never Florence. Our driver and tour guide Alberto was more than we could have hoped for. Alberto was not only extremely knowledgeable but very endearing to our family. I highly recommend this tour and Alberto to anyone who wants to travel this way. Definitely worth the price..

The tour was excellent--within our time frame we were able to see Pisa and Florence. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and was diligent in pointing out things of interest. He gave us enough time in each location, and we were able to fit in a wonderful lunch in a 'less' touristy location. I highly recommend this tour, it is great for a family or group of friends!
