Bao was a fantastic guide, telling stories of the history as well as his own family stories with a connection to the area. It was a very insightful trip and definitely recommend taking the time to see how soldiers from both sides dealt with the war.

First of all the guide Hi-en was great. Sense of humor and story telling is what I'm looking for especially during these tours. He gave us even a more in depth explanation about the history of Vietnam and the war. Also the perspective from the Vietnamese side and culture (which you won't find on YouTube). Cu Chi tunnel itself was also eye opening. Would recommend for sure!

Would of been a 5 if the bus aircon was working properly.. 😅 However, Bao was a excellent tour guide! Very well informative with a touch of personal experiences he shared. Made it worth sweating it out on the bus!

Selfcentered guide

It was an okay trip to the tunnels. Exiting place to visit. But we had a very selfcentered guide with a big need of promoting himself. It went on and on for the entire trip. We surely didn't needed that.

Having to experience going into the tunnel and learning something about the past. The tour guide,Phong was amazing and warm to his group. The driver did amazing job keeping us safe in HCM traffic

Our host laughing was courteous and informative. He gave great basic information on the history of Saigon / Ho chi min and the tunnels . When we arrived at the tunnels it was extremely busy and laughing navigated our way around avoiding the queues as best as possible. The tunnels were amazing and we had an enjoyable informative day . An average trip to an average place

The guide was really hard to understand sometimes. The tour takes you to a shop for half an hour and only then you go to the tunnels. And the tunnels itself had their pros and cons: on one hand, the underground experience was nice, and the tapioca snack at the end was a pleasant surprise. On the other hand the tour felt rushed and incomplete, the place was crowded and most of the exhibits were not that interesting (the "shooting range" is a complete joke - the guns are bolted to the wall and you can't even aim properly). Logistically speaking everything was good, but I'd recommend this tour only in case you have nothing better to do.

Niem is our tour guide. And he was amazing. Not only did he speak perfect English, he was very knowledgeable about history or Vietnam and the world. He easily discussed whatever topic we were interested in and able to provide worldly analogies. We do t usually motivate tours. But like the flexibility of doing this one by ourselves and skipping some of the tunnel experiences that we didn’t like. Worth the additional fee. Highly recommend.

liked the small group, The guide was informative, and patient, allowing us the flexibility of going down to see the actual size of the real tunnels during the war. He allowed us a reasonable amount of time to see all stops instead of rushing us. A great but depressing tour.

The tunnels, the shooting range and the booby traps are interesting, but the stop at the handicapped work space is unnecessary. Also, we booked a small group, but 22 people is not a small group in my opinion. And at last, this wasn't the first time I came to this place, but the guide lacked enthousiasm, didn't show us all of the area and was very pro-Vietcong while in reality both parties did horrible things, not only the Americans.
