We had a great time. The safari was very informative. Our guide, Peter, explained many things about the animals and food sources. Our driver from Joberg was also great! I would highly recommend this tour.

A wonderful experience. Driver to the park was an excellent driver in very challenging driving conditions. Very friendly. Of course the Park guide was superb and full of very detailed knowledge. Everything was perfect. The only recommendation is to confirm BEFORE the day of the tour the actual pickup time as it is dependent on location and may differ plus/minus 45 minutes from the published time (0600). You want to be ready so as not to delay the group.

It was an awesome tour, starting with the fact that they contacted me the night before for telling me the exact time and suggestions. In the morning the driver named Tshepo was super punctual super nice, it was only me with him at the car, he drove until Pilanesberg and I slept hehe, but during the time he made me feel confortable and always asking if I needed something (toilet, snack, water, change the air conditioned etc) when we arrive at the park Tummy drove us during all day through the park it was only me and another guy, Tummy was super nice, responsible, and answered all the questions we got to see a lot of animals, super grateful with them, definetly I will contact them again!!

Great experience overall. First part of the trip we had a majestic welcome (as in him telling our jeep to get out of his way) from a huge elephant. We'll remember this moment for the rest of our lives. Was able to see 3 of the Big 5 including a leopard catching a baby warthog during the trip. Wish we would've been able to see lions but the area is huge and the drivers have little to no control over what you see. All in all if I had thr opportunity to do this again, I most certainly would do so. The experience itself was worth it alone.

We had an excellent experience at the national park, with exceptional guidance from Bernard. We gained a lot of knowledge about African animals and spotted three of the Big Five. The drive to and from the city was smooth and secure. I highly recommend this tour.

Great seeing the animals, people on the tour jeep and especially the tour guide. Also our private driver was patient and very helpful getting a WiFi connection for us for an emergency call to our hotel.

The trip was great. Everyone involved was very nice and informative. Transfer to and from my hotel was included and great. I traveled alone and made great friends on the journey. I got to see elephants, rhinos, hippos, cheetahs, giraffes and some other herbivores, but wasn’t able to see any lions or leopards. Overall, though, a wonderful experience.

A Wonderful Day Safari

This day trip far exceeded our expections. After having spent 3 days at a private game reserve adjacent to Kruger, we decided to add this day trip from Joburg. We saw so many animals including a large herd of elephants, numerous giraffes, a cheetah and other animals as well. This trip was an exceptional value. Our driver from Joburg to Pilanesberg and back, Tshepo, was excellent. Tshepo was timely, provided us with interesting information along our route and was very pleasant to spend the 5 hour round trip drive with. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this excursion and highly recommend it, especially for travelers who have limited time to sight see.

We were lucky enough to see 3 of the big 5 in our trip. Lion(esses), elephant, rhino on our drive. Not a super early wake up which was perfect for us. Driver was on time to our hotel and took us to the park where we transferred to an open jeep for the actual safari

Excellent safari day, saw lions, elephants, rhino, giraffe, hippo, and more. Well organised and safe. Efficient pick up from hotel and fast transfer to Pilenesberg. Brilliant drive in open top vehicle so you can feel close to the animals yet totally safe. Very knowledgable guide on the safari who tells you all about the animals. The guides are in contact with others so they know where animals have been spotted and they can quickly take you there. At lunchtime you go to a lodge for 1 hour inclusive meal with choice of meal and drink. Burger and fries with milk shake very good. Remember to take plenty of sun cream and water! Amazing day out , with memory of a life time, cannot believe we saw so many animals in one day, including lions and rhinos twice, and elephants and giraffes several times! 100% recommended!!

We were picked up by Nathi from our hotel and straightaway were made to feel comfortable for the long trip ahead. He was so friendly and even gave us lots of information and history about the surrounding areas we were driving through. We were then dropped off and headed into the jeep to meet Shumba. Shumba was very knowledgeable and funny and did his best to try and get us to see the big 5! We were lucky enough to see 3/5. Shumba was able to tell us a lot of information about all the animals and the funny facts too! It really was a great day and I would definitely recommend booking this tour.
