Start the day with pickup at your hotel in Krabi, then travel to Khlong Thom National Park in a comfortable minivan, passing through a scenic rainforest landscape. Upon arrival, your driver leads you to the entrance of the natural hot springs, where you can soak, swim, and walk through the nearby forest trails.

When you’ve had enough of the natural heat, cool off in the nearby Crystal Pool, also called the Emerald Pool, a spring-fed swimming spot with beautifully clear water.

Then, refuel for an afternoon of exploring with lunch at a nearby Thai restaurant (included).

Continue to the Tiger Cave Temple, a meditation center for Buddhist monks surrounded by a network of caves. You have the option to climb the 1,237 steps to the summit of the temple, where you find soaring views to the Andaman Sea, Buddha shrines, and altars. This tour concludes with a return transfer to your Krabi hotel.

Fun Filled Day
Adrian C, Oct 2019
The hot springs and the crystal/emerald pool were busy but so awesome to experience! We also climbed the Tiger Cave Temple which was quite tiring as the steps were quite steep so bring water and take breaks but the view from the top is worth it!

I only give this tour a 2 because of the complications I had. I stayed on West Railay Beach and had to catch the longtail boat not included in the tour fare. You had to pay 100 Baht per person and either wait for total of 8 people or pay 800 Baht to be taken immediately. Due to not being able to wait and wanting to arrive at Anamo Pier as instructed by Cattery Tour, I purchased the longtail for 800 Baht although there was only 3 people. We arrived at 8:05, prior to our 8:15 time. We waited until 9:15 when we were picked someones personal vehicle. The company had the wrong name but the correct reference number. We were transported to the rest of the group, let off on the street and had to jay walk to get to the van. Due to the van being late, the driver drove extremely fast to us to the hot springs. His erratic driving caused my daughter to get sick and vomit 2 times upon arriving. Luckily, there were 2 nurses from Canada on our tour who gave her motion sickness medicine for the remaining part of the tour. The hot springs were crowded but pretty interesting. At the Tiger Cave Temple, our group struggled to make summit come back to the van on time. My 3 made it back 15 minutes late, then another lady nurse the driver said he was going to leave the other 8 people. We begged him not too because their belongings were in the van. 30 minutes later 6 others arrived, at which point our driver wanted to give the 2 peoples belongings to a taxi cab driver. We had to beg him not to do so. Luckily everyone made the trip back to their hotels and I had to pay only 300 Baht for my return trip. Suggestions: Longtail boat should be included in tour cost and Tiger Cave Temple should be first due to hike being strenuous followed by relaxing in the pool and hot springs.

Worth the trip, definitely go in the morning or if hotel is close get a cab and go even earlier.Alot of time spent in the minivan and quite rushed at the pools. You’re not paying for a tour, you’re paying for a ride there and back, and you better be back at the meeting spot or they wont wait for you!

This was a well organised trip. The only thing I'd change is a bit longer at each location as there was more to see but we ran out of time, especially at the Tiger Cave Temple. All 3 locations are worth visiting. Climbing the Tiger Cave steps was HARD but so worth it. You'd need to be fairly fit to do this within the time you have at this stop. Be careful of the monkeys as they look cute but can bite or steal from you!

only did the crystal pool and hot spring. the hot spring was good, although I was badly bitten there and you need to be careful of slippy rocks. My recommendation is some rubber soled aqua shoes if you have them. I took the scenic walk to the emerald pool the second stop and it was 100 nicer than the main route there and back. It says 1.4km on the sign but if felt less than that and met hardly any people.

Bad Planning. No guide assigned we were being attended by tour guide of some other tourist group. Tour starts at 8:30 am with hotel pick and we are taken to a natural hot spring which is quite crowded. Next we move to Emerald pool which is a small natural pool whose colour is like an emerald stone. Last stop is Tiger cave temple which has some 1200 steep stairs to reach the top, the view is breathtaking but one is quite exhausted in this journey. Tiger cave has to be at the start of the trip followed by the hot spring and pool to make a sensible tour

Right off the bat the guide said that they are not a tour guide. There was no one to share much about anywhere we were. There were also no snacks or free coffee/tea as stated.

Michael E, Nov 2017
Sorry but I would not recommend this tour, The Emerald Pools and the Hot Springs were ok but the Tiger Cave Temples was the one that my husband and I were really looking forward too...we arrived at Tiger Cave Temple at 14:00 pm and we left at exactly at 15:30 pm. Only 3 out of the 9 on the tour decided to go up the 1200 steps to the Temple. More of the tour wanted to but felt unable to get up and back down in that time frame. One and half hours is not enough time given the temperature and the humidity to climb these steps I felt physically ill by the time I got to the top, we had approximately 5 minutes to enjoy the view, before we had to rush back down to get to the bus in time. The tour guide was not at all friendly. We were dropped back at our pickup point at 15.50 pm. I was so unimpressed I kept a note of the times. The following day we did another tour booked by yourself and it was one of our favourite highlights of our holiday.

Thank God we only did a "half" day..basically lost an entire day in Krabi doing something which would have been interesting and beautiful..literally NO guide other than someone who handed out wrist bracelets and pointed us in the direction of ridiculous "springs" and some watering hole.Waste of time

Arturo B, Aug 2017
We only went on the half day tour which includes the Emerald Pool Crystal pool was closed, but emerald was more impressive and the natural hot springs. Once the tour bus brings you to the location you are on your own to navigate to the pool or spring and its easy to do. I really appreciated having my own time to explore and enjoy the locations. The tour bus driver/guide was very nice and that always makes service great. I recommend going with this tour company for any tour. They know how to be hospitable.

Very beautiful and different trip to seeing islands. My son managed the 1,200 steps up to top to see the temple and said the view was incredible. Sadly I only made it to 600 then twisted knee - some of steps are really high. But still excellent trip.

If you want a tour guide and more than a taxi ride do not book this tour! I was severely disappointed, we just had a driver and a 'tour guide' who when we arrived at the destination basically said alright guys be back at the car at this time and that is it! We were left to find and explore everything on our own with no tour guide in sight quite dangerous. In the end it meant that we didn't get the experience we were hoping for as we spent most of time getting lost trying to find places and had no knowledgeable person to guide us through the tiger cave temple. One of the worst tours I had in Thailand and I had many!! Vaitor needs to amend the description and call this tour minibus ride to Tiger cave temple with free time no tour guide provided.

This was not a good tour! First of all they were 30 min late picking me up...one of the other passengers said they were waiting for 45 min. The whole thing felt rushed and when we got to the last stop, the tiger cave temple we only had an hour, which is not enough time to get to the top and back. The driver was however willing to charge each of us over a 1000 baht tontake us to the top!! Quite disappointing as the tiger cave was the only thing i really wanted to see!!!

Atalaya S, Jan 2016
The places we visited were great, however the guide was disappointing. I chose a guided tour to these locations in an effort to learn more about them. Our guide told us nothing, he simply walked us to the gate, talked to us like children about what time to return and left.

Carolyn L, Jan 2016
They did a good job given the time constraints, but I think this tour tries to fit too much into one day. You spend a lot of time driving and get very little time at each location. We were given less than an hour each at the Spring and Pools and only a little over an hour at the Temple. We started at 9am and didn't get back until around 5pm and yet still felt very rushed. I would recommend visiting these places over two days to other tourists.

One of our favourite trips. Emerald pool/ hot springs are nice, although very crowded. Tiger Temple is worth the climb. Although some steps are a foot in height and steep, you will be thankful you made it. More time needed at the temple, and we would have preferred to do the temple first not last.
Eine beeindruckende Tour und eine Super Reiseleiterin
Christina_R, Sep 2023

Dear Christina_R Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your tour. We're so glad you enjoyed the Emerald Pool and the temple, even in the rain! We're sorry to hear that you experienced heavy rain during your tour. However, we're glad that you didn't let that stop you from having a great time. We know that climbing the many steps to the temple can be challenging, but it's definitely worth it for the stunning views! We hope that you'll come back and visit us again sometime soon, so that you can experience all that the jungle has to offer in better weather. Thanks again for your review!
