Amazing
Leeds_U, Apr 2024
Amazing! The tour guide was very good, really useful. She went into a lot of detail. Couldn’t of had a better day, brilliant 👏 👌 👍
Interesting historical tour but group needs to be smaller
Caroline_R, Mar 2024
Very knowledgable tour guide but far too big a group & the guide spoke so fast it was hard to keep up with her. There were individual groups without a guide who kept walking through our group making it hard to gather round our guide to hear what she had to say!
Disappointing
Aries_w, Mar 2024
I won't recommend having a guide. None of us could follow what our guide was saying and we were whizzed through the tour not getting much from the experience. I would recommend discovering it myself as there was a lot to take in and we had no time to stop and read things
Underwhelming & Disappointing Experience
Paul_H, Dec 2023
First thing the tour guide said after having stepped in was “we need to rush through as we don’t have enough time before we close”. What’s the point in booking a tour slot if it doesn’t give you enough time? The tour was rushed, over crowded and HOT!! didn’t get a chance to read many of the info plaques as we rushed through so quickly. Also, the whole museum is white washed with staged history, as per any war museum throughout the globe. There was nothing authentic (factory wise) to see at all. If you’re hoping to see the actual factory- forget it, you see NONE of it. DO NOT book a group tour. We had c.20+ in our group and could hardly hear the guide. Underwhelming and disappointing.
Interesting

A very interesting tour but I was a little disappointed as I was expecting to see some of the factory where they actually worked, but overall a worth while experience and to see WW2 from a Polish angle.
Very disappointing
Tracy_B, Oct 2023
There was no organisation, we had no clue where or who we were meeting. The tour guide was informative about the Polish invasion but gave very little information in Oskar Schindler & the factory that we manage d to hear anyway. The group was way too big at about 25 people & although she was talking you couldn’t hear or see what she was talking about as not everyone could fit in the room. We didn’t get chance to read or listen to any videos or statements from the survivors. It was extremely disappointing & wished we’d done it of our own backs so we could soak it in & appreciative it more.
Excellent

Excellent tour. Our guide, Eva was very informative and really helped us to understand. Highly recommend this tour
Insightful
Callam, Mar 2020
More of a museum to highlight the atrocities of World War 2 and not a Schindlers museum. Still worth a visit if you're visiting Krakow
Excellent
Michelle_J, Feb 2020
I would highly recommend this guided tour. The guide was lovely, very informative and knowledgeable. This tour wasnt just about Oscar Schindler but also about the history of the factory and the years leading up to and including the war. I learned so much on this trip. Very eye opening.
Disappointed Museum
Ann_K, Feb 2020
Misguided. No mention of Schindler throughout tour. All exhibitions on show none authentic. All artificial. Expected to see the factory and facts about Schindler. Nothing! Guide rushed us all through and really spoke to himself than visitors. Waste of money. Would certainly not recommend it. Avoid it.
Illuminating Tour
Jill_E, Feb 2020
Our guide Ava was so knowledgeable and brought the museum alive for us. Pointing out all the important details of Schindler and highlighting what life was like in Krakow before during and after the war. Very important memorial. a must see.
The guide was great and the museum is superb
Simon, Feb 2020
The day was well delivered and organised , our guide was amazing with superb knowledge and sensitivity to the history and suffering of the people caught up . Each part of the museum is a time frame that explains what went on and who was involved . If you are looking for a tour based on the film or the man then you may be disappointed . Overall a great value and well spent spent couple of hours we really enjoyed it .
Informative
tracimcmonagle, Feb 2020
Great informative tour just think the title is a bit misleading. It’s tells us very little about Schindler or the people he helped save, but still well worth going to.
Very informative
hwalid, Feb 2020
Good experience, good guide. Very informative. Lots of things to see & read. It obviously very sad. Would recommend to all.
Excellent tour

Joanna was an excellent guide. The tour was very enjoyable with Joanna being very informative throughout. Well worth the visit and a must do when you’re in Kraków.
Schindler museum
angelafearn, Jan 2020
the trip to the museum was very informative and very well conducted The guide was very personable and made sure that we could also have time to stop and look for ourselves without feeling rushed
Excellent tour and guide
Neal_B, Jan 2020
Out of the five tours we took in Krakow, this was my favourite. Expect very little about the film (much of which is Hollywood fiction), but do expect to learn plenty about Krakow's occupation under the Nazi Third Reich. Fascinating and disturbing in equal measure.
Great Half Day Tour in Schindlers Factory
Simon B, Jan 2020
Great tour, lasted over 2 hours and was undertaken with a very experienced English speaking guide - really brought the whole experience to life.
Krokow Visit

Excellent service, very good guide. Very knowledgeable. Easy to book on line. helpful and friendly..
Oskar and Ottomans
kaapelma, Dec 2019
After visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau the previous day it was, indeed, refreshing to understand that not all Nazis were cruel. I mention the Ottomans because we have much to thank Poland including defeat of Ottoman Turks at Vienna (listen to bugler on the hour at St Mary’s church in Rynek Glowny), and stopping Bolsheviks at Warsaw in 1920. We are grateful that Oskar Schindler showed compassion to about 1,000 workers and their families. We must remember the past so that we don’t repeat misdeeds and what better way to do so than take this guided tour.
