Make your own way to central Krakow and begin your tour in front of Oskar Schindler’s Factory Museum, where your guide is waiting for you. Before heading inside, hear a brief introduction about Oskar Schindler, the inspiration for Steven Spielberg’s award-winning film, 'Schindler’s List.'

Follow your guide into the museum, passing through rooms documenting the impact of World War II on Krakow. Oskar Schindler Factory Museum

Our guide was knowlegable and did a good job of explaining the museum. The museum is a bit small and was crowded with many groups, but there is not much to do about this. I know this is more about the city of Krakow during German occupation, but there might have been a few more references to Schindler and the movie.

Don’t book, avoid this guided tour

The tour was overcrowded we could not see what the guide was talking about as the group could not physical fit in the rooms/hallways so we missed a lot. The guide was also very a very quick talker (a few people kept saying to slow down) also bombarded us with information and deliver in a monotone voice. We booked this guided tour to learn more about Oscar schindler and his factory during the war but the guide gave us very little information about what happened during that time or what happened after. I would not recommend booking this guided tour.

The guide was very compassionate and engaging. The overcrowded exhibition was a surprise though. A very important part of history and a deeper insight to the polish peoples suffering during the invasion. The tour felt a bit rushed, probably because there were so many eager visitors. Left with many thougts.

We had a great time even though we were late through no fault of our own and with no help from our tour guide the kind gentleman on the door let us through so we walked around ourselves to see the fabulous museum 😀

Once we got there, the person who had our tickets was waiting for us by a sign post so was easy to find and it was simple as walking into the museum with our ticket and going around the museum.

Really great tour. Well organised and our guide was very clear and personable. You need to go to the meeting point 15mins before your tour time to get your equipment and check in. The only downside was that the group was quite big and some of the rooms were small so it was cramped at times. However you’re able to do your own thing too if you wish to stay in a room a little longer. Overall good value for money and easy.

This was a return visit after 6 years.Due to no fault of our tour guide the security organisation to get in to factory was very disorganised which causes us a delay on entering.The guide was very apologetic for something that was out of his control.Guide was great,knowledgeable and very informative.Some sections were very small and crammed but guide kept up all updated.Great guide 👍

So unorganised by staff on door and very rude to customers. Also it didn't represent a factory was load of prints n projector clips. Was over crowded people pushing and shoving

Great museum about the Poles, the Jews, what went on during the war and about Oskar Schindler and his factory. Our tour guide was very informative. The headsets ensured that we could hear everything she said without being a nuisance to other visitors to the museum. Worth a visit.
