My daughter and I really enjoyed doing this together. The staff was great and made us feel very comfortable. They got us ready quickly and even did our hair to match. We enjoyed exploring Kyoto in our kimono’s and we got fantastic photographs.

Rented kimonos for my two kids and they had a blast. Check in was seemless and they did a wonderful job with my daughters hairstyle and recommending my son’s perfectly fitting kimono. High recommend doing this when you’re in Kyoto!

The shop was fairly easy to find thankfully there is a tea ceremony restaurant on one side and the kimono rental shop on the other. They are easy to find because they are dressed in kimono. Very nice and professional they have American sizes. The shoes can be slick so be wormed but an amazing experience as a whole!
