We had three transfers set up (airport/hotel, hotel/ship, & ship/airport) and all were perfect. Received a text the day before confirming pickup time and they were all on time waiting and couldn't have gone any better. Will for sure use Viator services in the future. Tim

I was very disappoint when I saw that it was a car instead of a van I had three big suitcase, one small suitcase, and two backpack. I make short three days in advance that I would get the proper place for all my suitcase when I saw a car I was so upset, but the driver was very excellent

Our driver was waiting for us as we disembarked from cruise ship at Civitavecchia with sign bearing our family name. His MB vehicle was very clean and roomy enough for our family of 5 adults & 12 pieces of luggage. Like all drivers in Italy he drove very fast and we made it to FCO in short order. I will definitely use Viator again for transfers and tours.

It took us about an hour to exit the cruise ship - NCL has lines for everything! The driver kept in touch via text and patiently waited for us. The SUV was a Mercedes and very clean and comfortable. A very good experience and the driver was very nice.

Our driver arrived 30 minutes early even though we told him when to arrive.
He did not speak English so it was hard to communicate. He drove really fast (90 mph). Plus he was rude and did not try to engage or answer our questions
