What To Expect

Make your way to The O2, located near the North Greenwich Station tube stop, and find the Up the O2 Basecamp. 

Meet your experienced climbing guide and group of fellow thrill seekers. Listen to a safety briefing and orientation to the 170-foot (52-meter) structure that is home to a variety of restaurants and entertainment options, and is the world's busiest music venue. Get fitted for a climb suit, boots, harness, and latch. 

After the briefing, latch into the safety system and begin the steep ascent, which reaches up to 30 degrees. Make it to the top of the dome for 360-degree views over London, including both the north and south of the winding River Thames. See the historic grounds of Greenwich, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and the skyscrapers of Canary Wharf. You're not done yet; the descent is part of the thrill.

Your experience ends safely back at the base camp.

    What a great experience. The climb is not too strenuous. Safety equipment is provided, along with shoes with great tread and also jackets to block the wind. Guides are really friendly and helpful. Views at the top are spectacular! Highly recommend

    I had the best time! Kayla was my guide. She set me and the group up for success! She helped us to get our gear on and explained at the top all of the buildings and stories about them. I would recommend this to anyone visiting London looking for a fun, safe, and unique adventure!

    Overnight stay in London involved seeing Peter Kay INSIDE the O2 followed by a late decision to scale The O2 the next morning! Looked it up on line night before and quickly booked our morning slot for 4 people at 10:45! One of our party was a little apprehensive but conquered the dome with flying colours! Great experience, great views and great Guide! Karl was professional and caring with wit knowledge and humour thrown in for good measure! “Special K!” As we nicknamed him! Thoroughly recommend! GO FOR IT! Life’s no rehearsal…

    Climbing the 02 and reaching the top with a glass of bubbly or a soft drink They take professional photos of you going up the stairs walk way of the 02 and u get a wrist band where u can scan your photos in the shop after your climb they print the photos off for you and then they put them in a wallet best experience of my life

    Amazing view, breath taking 360 view. I wanted to do this for so long but for different reasons never get a chance. But now with my friend I ve had the golden opportunity to do climb the o2. Guys it's totally worth it. I mean you by doing this you could ve check how fit your body is. 😅 Would love to do that again. I Had a great giude with us which made our whole journey of 90 mins much smoother and easier.
