Fantastic view

The cruise in the and being highest point in the cable car, it was a fantastic view. We enjoyed the ride and the cruise team was informative and prompt in all details and friendly too.

Straight forward process redeemed our ticket at the Embankment pier and then on the boat! Did multiple stops but super efficient and fast service! The boat went really quick so it was a good journey! The staff were really good too! The cable cars were really good no waiting and the views brilliant

We bought this experience online, nothing is clear, you have print a document that is no even a ticket, and then go to redemption office to get your actual ticket. When we got there, the machine didn’t work, so we have to send an email and go without tickets. We have to explained everyone what happened. The instructions are not clear and they don’t tell you where you have to get our of the boat to take the cable. The experience is amazing but not with this company.

It was recommended that take the cable car and see a different aspect of London. Unfortunately, I went on a windy night. It wasn’t he smartest move. I spent the entire ride with my eyes closed. This being said, I am sure someone else would enjoy the view better than me. They may not be a scaredy-cat like myself. The boat ride was very nice and very scenic. I was able to get great pictures of places that I didn’t see. I would definitely recommend the Uber boat, but if you have an Oyster card, you don’t need to buy a ticket for the boat. Use your Oyster card instead!!!!!
