What To Expect

Choose the morning or afternoon departure time that best suits your schedule, and depart from London Victoria or Russell Square in a luxurious, Wi- Fi-equipped coach for the 1-hour journey to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter.

On arrival, your guest services assistant will arrange your entrance ticket. Head inside the studios on a self-guided tour, and see original sets, props, and costumes from the Harry Potter movies. Stroll upon the quaint cobbles of Diagon Alley, observing the colorful row of shops for familiar facades such as Olivanders Wand Shop. Gain insight into the special effects that created visual spectacles in the Great Hall and Dumbledore’s office, and visit the Ministry of Magic to learn of the mythical rules that govern the magical microcosm of Harry Potter.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Wonderful tour....I took my 15 year old granddaughter. She was able to share her Harry Potter knowledge with me. We took the early tour and it was not crowded so we were able to see all the exhibits easily. They even have a Starbucks...that was a treat for me!!!

Was very cool to see the actual sets from the Harry Potter movies! My 8yr old and I are just getting into the third book and aren't as into the whole franchise as some are but found this site definitely worth visiting. This "tour" is pretty much just a combined ride to/from and entrance tickets. There was no commentary on the ride and no guided tour while there. We were clear about this expectation, but thought it would be helpful to clarify for anyone thinking of purchasing this. We were unable to get entrance tickets directly from the studio (sold out) and this was the only available option. (Book early if you can!) The studio is large - took a couple hours to get through the whole thing. There is a cafe halfway through with food and butterbeer. Now we can't wait to continue reading the books and watching the movies!

HP great, but tour company could improve

The Harry Potter experience itself is 5 stars! Otherwise, I wouldn’t quite list this as “superior transport.” The only other issue is that the tour does not give enough time. We weren’t going slow, and then had to rush to make it to the bus since they will abandon you there. A minimum of 5 hours is necessary to truly take it all in.

Very very Poor meeting point information

We were asked to meet in Victoria station… upon arrival, we were told to meet in the Blooms Cafe at Baker Street… we had to rush to the new meeting point !!!
Coach transport & entry ticket

This is simply a coach bus with poor ventilation to the Warner Bros lot. I thought it included a guided tour of the studio. The driver will give you a ticket for entry to the Harry Potter exhibit. Departure from meeting point 9:00 am, an hour drive to the studio, afternoon pickup was 2:40 pm. There was plenty of time to explore the studio on your own, there is no guide included. An audio guide headset was extra.

The studio experience was very good, in brilliant detail, faithful to the books and films. The tour host from Evan Evans seemed bored with his day and the coach driver on the day (in my opinion) is one of the rudest drivers in city traffic I have ever experienced. Put a blight on what could/should have been a memorable day.

It's quite ridiculous for this company to buy out tickets for this experience then upcharge the whole thing and leave everyone in a hot stinky (yep very stinky) bus without any chance of turning the air on... I'm great full that we got to experience the studio tour but I'd HIGHLY suggest booking through the actual website (if you can snach tickets with companies like these taking them all)

The studios are amazing but the bus transportation leaves a lot to be desired! It’s just a regular bus and some people will end up on foldable seats which leaves are super uncomfortable. It would have been cheaper for us to grab a Bolt from central London to the studios.

Fabulous tour experience. Evan’s very well organised and the tour itself of the Warner Bros studios is a must for any Harry Potter fan. So much to see and it really does require a good 4+ hours to take it all in. Definitely leave time for the Butter Beer!

The shuttle bus took us to the venue and back which was easy and convenient. There was ample time to do everything I wanted (was given about 3.5 hours). The Warner Bros. Studio Harry Potter Tour was a really immersive and cool experience for anybody who likes Harry Potter.

It takes roughly one hour to go the studios and another hour to return. However, we completely understand that is why we offer the possibility to return via train if you require more time. Walking into gringotts just took our breath away. Talking one on one with a lovely lady where Umbridge’s office was and going through the pieces and furniture. Learning about the cats was so sweet.

Rude and unprofessional tour guide

After the tour, we tried to get on the bus 15 min early. The bus driver told us to check with the Evan Evan’s tour guide to let us in. The tour guide refused access while he stayed in the employee lounge area playing on his phone. It was freezing and all the tourist were just left standing outside. All the other tour companies allowed their tour guests early access to bus to wait inside the bus. Only Evan Evan’s refused early access. It was so rude and unprofessional. Also, there were not enough seats on the bus and 4 people and a toddler were left there and was told to take a taxi back to London city. If the tour operator had allowed us to get on the bus 15 min early, he would’ve noticed that there were not enough seats. By the time he realized, all the other tour buses had already left. The most unprofessional and irresponsible tour operator I have ever travelled with. I will never use Evan Evan’s again. The tour was on 12/29/2023 8pm return bus.

Poorly Oraganized

The bus left London 20 minutes late and then made us sit on the bus at the tour for 30 minutes. Our tickets were not valid until 11 am and we were still expected to be back at the bus at 240 pm. We went as fast as we could but the bus still left us there and we had to take a train back to London. The tour is supposed to take 3 to 4 hours. There is no way they could expect us to make the bus back.

Harry Potter world is amazing and a must see for anyone even if they don’t like Harry Potter! This tour was super handy to have a lift there and back otherwise it involves multiple types of public transport

Pick up location is fairly easy to find. Great attraction for Harry Potter fans. We got the 2pm session (arrived on site at 2:30) and tour finishes at 6:20pm. There’s a lot to see and 4hrs might not be enough.
