Paulie was our tour guide and he did a lovely job pointing out every site and special decoration in the city. It was my husband and me and our two kids plus my mom who has mobility issues. It was quite cold so we sat inside on the lower level which was perfect for us- especially bc my mother could not climb stairs to the open air upper deck. We drove London on Friday night 12/29 and OH MY LURD was London PACKED. The driver should be commended for navigating the sardine can- I mean city. People kept saying the city was more crowded than it had ever been in its history. Seemed true to me. Nonetheless the driver navigated quite well and Paulie entertained us with a nice mix of legends and history about the city. Our whole family had fun. Thank you.

Nice Ride, Bus Audio Didn't Work Though

It was unfortunate, but the audio system for the tour guide on the bus wasn't working at all so the tour guide had to speak without any amplification during the entire bus ride. Not her fault, but it did make it difficult to hear many things she was saying. Other than that, it was a nice ride.

90% DISPLEASED My review is for multiple reservations The 1st tour was the all day tour which I would give an A÷ Driver Hostess THE BEST. The 2nd tour was the walk and HIGH TEA. The walk was ok although the guide Astrid was totally partial to a 3 some from NYC while walking BUT SPENT 90% of her time at TEA at their table As a single guest I found this exceptionally not only rude but most inconsiderate. She flitted to my table immediately leaving to sit and rejoin them. I would have done better making a private reservation. I really would appreciate a partial refund. Finally I extended my time in London specifically to go to Windsor Castle tomorrow which I was informed today is NOW CANCELED LAST MINUTE. I am not only disappointed but think as a company you get a-10 given my total experience. I did get on an open bus Christmas light tour but it was a different bus because the public transport was very messed up and made it impossible to arrive at 7 I have to say I regret booking in advance and paying top $ with Viator l suspect I would have had a more enjoyable London experience making my arrangements last minute here and more than likely they would have cost much less IN MY OPINION YOU HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DO TO INSURE THAT YOUR CLIENTS GET WHAT THEY PAY FOR I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY TRAVELER Marion Schuenemann

The microphone stopped working and we could not hear the guide for the entire duration of the tour. Terribly unfortunate and total waste of our time to not have a back up plan. We could not hear anything. We did not learn anything while driving around London for nearly 2 hours.

A wonderful tour showing the stunning Christmas lights of London. Our tour guide Elly was very knowledgeable and our bus driver patient with the crowds of crazy pedestrians. Would certainly recommend this tour.

A must do - during your Christmas

It s easy to say you can just walk around and see the lights. You cant. The streets are a frenzy. You will only be looking at the person ahead or watching for cars. I felt like I got my money and time worth. The tour guide was informative too. I sat on the open top and it was fine. I got to look down on the crowds barreling down the streets and I felt so relieved I was up there. Able to enjoy the beauty of the city and the effects of the lights which are dreamy, very much like the movies. And take photos. The guide also pointed out other sites unrelated to Christmas. The drive yes traffic for the bus yet the tour ended on time and started on time. Just go.

We really enjoyed the tour! William was a fantastic tour guide, and Max got us around safely with no motion sickness for the kids (which is more than I can say for myself). My 11-year-old was definitely more interested in the tour than my 6-year-old, but she tolerated it fine. We took the 9pm tour to (successfully) avoid heavy traffic, but the streets were still bustling with activity.

Very good trip. Kevin the tour guide was very engaging with lots of knowledge about London. Only downside was the slow moving traffic but that wasn’t their fault! Would definitely recommend going with this tour.

Terrible experience. The driver just kept going around the same places. The guide sounded drunk, was too loud, and couldn’t understand a thing he said. All in all, I got off the bus dizzy and nauseous.
