Our tour guide was excellent. Very funny and informative. The weather was quite challenging with a chilly wind but at least the rain held off during the tour. Highly recommend.

Great guide! Very informative and entertaining. We did have difficulty finding the bus and were reprimanded by a rude ticket taker. But the friendly driver and tour guide made up for it.

Our flight was 4 hours delayed and I contacted the tour at least 10 times to inform them. We were 2 minutes late and they left without us even after contacting an excessive amount of times to let them know the situation. They also denied a refund unless I went through a process to request it. I was thoroughly unimpressed with the help I received even though I was incredibly proactive in this situation.
