We offer private and group tours. The tour type, attractions and itinerary depend on the selected option.
With reserved entrance tickets to the Tower of London you can skip the line at the ticket office, but not at the entrance. It’s less crowded in the morning.
The line to see the Crown Jewels may be 90 minutes long, so it is only included in extended private tours.
With skip-the-line tickets to Tower Bridge you'll have a reserved entry slot, but you can't skip the entrance or security line.
The 4,5 and 6,5-hour options include an estimated 1,5-hour round-trip transfer from your accommodation, depending on the distance and traffic. We will arrange a standard car (sedan) for 1-4 people, and a larger van for 5+ people. You can book a 5-people tour for a larger vehicle.
Private tours: 1 guide can lead 1-35 people, so larger groups will be split.
3,5-hour group tour: Max 30 people. Commentary in 1 language. Not suitable for people with disabilities.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
