At Walks, we make every effort to ensure our guests receive clear instructions for locating the meeting point. We send detailed information, including text, photos, and Google Maps links, to assist in the process. Additionally, our guides are present at the meeting point with prominent signs to make identification easier.
We understand that inclement weather can make the situation more challenging. Our guides do their best to wait for guests but must also adhere to a schedule as we have group tickets, and the guide must scan those in time.
