    Wonderful guide

    Our guide was funny and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the pace of the tour. The lady holding the green sign at the start of the tour was especially friendly and even assisted other tour patrons with finding the right place to go. I would completely recommend this tour!

    Oliver was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable. We did the 9am tour and there were only 8 of us. I would recommend the early tour because it appears the crowds grow as the morning goes on. Great tour

    A Tour with historical twists

    Our “Walks” tour was a manageable size, it is limited to 20 people. Our guide was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions from the group. I loved the little bits of “little known facts” he shared, such as the origin of “laughing your head off”.

    Good but expensive

    Tour guide very lovely! But need to be on queue for everything. No early access to anything….. very crowded day. The boat tour was disappointing. So very expensive due to the experience.

    Our guide, Rosie, did an excellent job of explaining the historical significants of the different areas of the Tower site. We were very impresssed with her knowledge of this location. She was friendly and helpful responding to our questions at the Tower. I would recommend using a Viator guide when visiting this location.

    Tour of the Tower not informative enough!

    Our guide was very sweet but I think there was so much more she could have told us. Lots of time just spent walking and waiting. We asked quite a few questions and she was knowledgeable so I wondered why she didn’t volunteer to give us much more information. I really felt I could have gotten the same tour off the information posted around the Tower. Very expensive for what was provided.

    Not to be missed

    There were only 7 of us on this 9 am tour. Our guide, Suzanne, was hard to hear at times and honestly we weren't too impressed with her knowledge and presentation of the facts. However, the Tower of London was amazing especially seeing the Crown Jewels. Catching a Yeoman Warder speak was definitely a highlight.

    Horrible service. No show cancellation notification.

    Horrible Fever experience!! The show that was to be presented was canceled without any notification. Fever allowed us to purchase tickets to a cancelled show. We traveled far across town as visitors to London for our 1st time to attend this show however upon arrival, the venue manager explained the cancellation. He was very surprised Fever sold us tickets to a cancelled show for The Leo Green Experience: Live in Covent Garden on Sat 26 Aug. No one has contacted me.

We offer full walking tours, and I see that you booked the Morning at the Tower with Crown Jewels & Thames River Cruise. After checking the system, I see that you went to the ordinary ticket line to access the place on your own. The confirmation email we send to all our guests is not a ticket entry. In the confirmation email, you can find all the information for the tour, especially where to meet the group and the guide. Once the tour starts, the guide will provide you with all the tickets needed for the tour. I am sorry to hear that you misunderstood the experience you bought with us and thought that it was a separate ticket for The Leo Green Experience: Live in Covent Garden. However, on the website during the booking, you were clearly provided with all the information for the walking guided tour. The tour itself has been running on the booked date with no changes or cancellations. We always do our best to provide the website page with the maximum details possible to avoid such unpleasant situations.
