What To Expect

Arrive at a meeting point on Westminster Pier 30 minutes before your fast boat experience, in order to don your waterproof gear and lifejacket and listen to a safety briefing. Then, board your speedboat and prepare for the fun to begin.

At first, you’ll enjoy a relaxed ride down the Thames River. Take advantage of this more leisurely pace and capture photographs of landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and the Tower of London. Your guide will also point out important structures such as HMS Belfast and the National Theater.

Then, once you go beneath the iconic Tower Bridge, you’ll enter the fast zone. Feel your adrenaline levels surge as your driver accelerates to a speed of 40-mph (35-knots) and you speed towards Canary Wharf.

Scream with glee as you twist, turn and bounce over waves while listening to lively tunes. Then, catch your breath and return to your original point, where your tour concludes.

The boat sunk

After a 45 min cab ride, we were told the company is no longer in business. The person at the dock was lovely and gave me 2 tickets for a boat tour. Viator refunded the cost of the speedboat as well. There needs to be better communication between Viator and their service providers.

I paid money for a 50-minute ride, but the overall ride was only 40 minutes or lesser. That too, for the first 20 minutes, it was a slow ride, just explaining different places in London. Then the next 5 to 7 minutes were fast ride and again got us back to the starting place at an ultra-slow speed. When I asked for the explanation about the timings to the team, they started arguing and ended up giving me no valid answers.

Scammed me out of money on high premium calls without telling me. Was meant to refund a ticket and kept me on phone and then also didn’t refund me. Nearly £50 phone bill on top. Impossible to get hold of.
