      Disaster and even worse customer service

      The guide never showed up and never called. And now Viator refuses to give us a refund. They say they “researched it” and we are not entitled to a refund. Ridiculous! We tried to call both Viator and the local tour operator. Everyone said someone was would be in touch. No one ever contacted us. Terrible tour and worse customer service! Stay away!
