Our tour guide, Benedict, made this so interesting and fun! His sarcastic wit was a big hit with the whole group! He's very knowledgeable and made sure we siezed any possible opportunity to see the royals or the guard changes. Didn't see the royals, but did see the guard change up close as the Royal Guard made their way down the street on horses right in front of us! Got some great pics!

Our most memorable part was our guide Will. He was entertaining, fun, knowledgeable, helpful and easy going. He made the entire experience worth it. Westminster abbey blew me away and other points of interest were fantastic.

Brandon was an excellent tour guide! Saw everything advertised and a few detours. Gave great practicable advice and answered all questions. Would recommend.
Tickets to Westminster were included and for a proper time slot. Line into Westminster was long (>1 hour).

Will did a fine job. We were a bit disappointed when we went to the Abby. The tickets provided were in the form of a voucher that we had to exchange for tickets. It required us to wait in a long line to exchange that was not our understanding of the service. I would do it differently next time.

5 stars for Brandon! He was an excellent guide. He’s American but has lived in London for several years and knows a lot about British history and many unique facts. He’s also super funny and knew how to keep us engaged and together on a busy Saturday morning. Highly recommend him as a guide. The downside is that we still had to stand in line for about 30 minutes at Westminster to get in even though we had tickets through the tour company. That was a real bummer and the tour description is misleading since it says no waiting in line.
