Poor experience

The person who guided us was very quiet, always on the phone. Comparing with other countries where we had the chance to have extraordinary guidance it was completely unattractive, and boring. Probably she had a bad day but on our money and time.

Dear client, we regret that the tour was not to your liking, although we want to emphasize the work done by the guide, who did everything possible to adapt the tour to your needs, including modifications to the tour due to your 2 children. The museum was changed at your request and more customizations were made. The guide had to use her cell phone to try to solve the museum and ticket changes at the last minute, that's all. The children were entertained the whole time on the tour and maybe it was you who did not feel relaxed attending to your children's needs. Thank you for your point of view.

It will be better if we visit the Abbey and Westminster first in the morning and then to Soho and Chinatown in the afternoon as most of the shops are not opened untill noon. The tour can end at Central London where we can stay for shopping. Our tour started at 10am so for the first 2 hrs, we were just walking around. Otherwise, it's pretty good tour.

Although we would like to clarify that the tour was designed that way in order to take advantage of the tranquility of the London streets in the morning as there are not many people. In the afternoons they are usually very crowded. We would also like to clarify that at the time you chose to do the tour, only one shop was closed, but all the others were open. The tour was perfectly designed to combine a pleasant walk through the central streets with a visit to the Abbey, thank you.

Walking around being given information along the way made this private tour enjoyable. We were able to hear the conversation and ask questions interactively. Michael was personable, professional keeping us moving but thoughtful to not go as fast as normal. Lunch in the park was very nice. We said our goodbye outside of Westminster Abbey. We ended the day with entrance to Westminster Abbey with the audio tour which was included in the tour. Highly recommend.
