Phenomenal experience witnessing the tallest falls in North Africa, the boat ride was amazing, you do get quite wet, which is a good thing !. The walk back up is a killer, but well worth it when you see the views again !

It was a nice day trip to Ouzoud waterfalls. They puck up us in our hotel and they drop us off as well. Hamza our driver was very friendly and nice and muhammed who tour us in the waterfalls was amazing! We did enjoy our trip!

Went on this trip with a group of friends, it was very nice, the driver was kind and picked us up to time and we had a tour guide which the price isn’t included on this fee(on the ticket) but he was very nice as well and made the trip worthwhile

Our Amazing Waterfall Adventure

Above any expectiations! Our trip to the waterfalls was made extra special thanks to our guide. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the area, but his enthusiasm and friendliness made the experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. Highly recommend!

An amazing Day Trip

Our experience started with a very friendly and informative WhatsApp message confirming the pick up arrangements for the following day. Ayoub ouas called the hotel on the morning of the trip to inform us that he was five minutes away and would be waiting. The drive was long (3ish hours) but there was always something to see. We stopped for coffees and a stretch of the legs half way. Although Ayoub wasn’t very familiar with the ouzoud waterfalls, he managed to find a fantastic guide who was able to answer lots of questions. We took a leisurely stroll through the trees and down the side of the waterfalls, stopping regularly where Ayoub was happy to take photographs or allow us to swim. The guide was familiar with many of the stall holders and this connection meant we were able to taste grapes from the vine over a pergola and feed the macaques with no additional fees. When you finally get to the bottom of the waterfalls, there is a choice to cross a small bridge or be taken on a boat ride close to the waterfall or completely under it if you’re prepared to get wet! (30dh each). We stopped for lunch in a lovely restaurant overlooking the waterfall. There are a fair few steps up to the opposite side of the waterfall to see the macaques. Whole families including babies who are tame enough to take nuts from your hand. The steps continue to get back to the car park, however there are countless stalls to stop and look at. This was an awesome trip, definitely worth doing for the cost. Thanks again, Ayoub.

Good tour for a good price

This is a good tour but at the end, before we were allowed to get back in the van to got back to Marrakech we were all told to take out our phones and leave good reviews for the transport service (van) and they looked over it before we submitted the reviews. It made us feel uncomfortable and not professional. They should ask if we would like to leave a review and send us a link but not essentially make us to leave a good review. The van service was good though, great wifi and nice driver, comfortable seats. The tour was fun and I loved seeing the wild monkeys and the Ouzoud falls.

A day well spent

Enjoyable day trip to escape the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Rida was a great driver who made sure we had rest stops and answered questions along the way. Be sure to bring coins as restroom attendants appreciate tips. Hussein was our guide at the falls who was flexible with the group’s desires. He knew some of the great spots for picture taking. The only thing that was odd was the push for us to review on TripAdvisor before we finished the tour.

The tour was fantastic. Really a must do if you come to Marrakech. The falls are beautiful and monkeys are so friendly. The van was comfortable, the tour guide was kind and the actually scenery and boat tour which you have to pay 20 extra dirham for was well worth it. I highly recommend!!

We has a really fantastic trip/ Our drive Yusef was excellent and our Guide informative. Being a rather unfit person and not very good dexterity they both helped and encouraged me through the whole trip. The falls are beautiful and the Lunch amazing, boat ride fabulous. Can't praise all of it enough. Our transport was well airconditioned and the vehicle clean and well maintained

Experiencia increíble Gracias a nuestro chofer Abdel, que aunque no hablaba mucho castellano, hacía lo posible por entendernos y que no nos faltase de nada, el viaje tanto de ida como el de vuelta no se nos hicieron largos y eso que son 3 horas, hicimos varias paradas en el camino, al llegar a Ouzoud nos esperaba nuestro guía Farid, que el si hablaba mejor castellano, no hizo una excursión de algo más de una hora por el monte visitando otras cascadas (cosa que hablando con otros turistas no hicieron) que nos encantó, medio sencilla, pero super bonita viendo el paisaje y haciendo varias paradas para descansar y tomar fotos, al llegar a la cascada principal nos montamos en el barco (estaba incluido) y pudimos hacer bonitas fotos debajo de la cascada, despues paramos en un mirador donde unos monos salvajes se acercaron a nosotros, pudiendo hacer unas fotos preciosas con ellos encima, luego para terminar nos llevaron a un restaurante en la parte alta de la cascada con unas vistas preciosas y muy bien de precio, aunque parezca caro para marruecos (12€ cada uno) el lugar merece la pena, y de ahí vuelta al riad de Marrakech. Resumiendo: excursión muy recomendable gracias a nuestro chofer y guía!!! Gracias. (Mónica y Diego)

La excursión por precio merece la pena, lo único que nos faltó es un poco más de tiempo para visitar nosotros por libre y no tener que hacerlo todo tan puntual con el guía.

Cogimos el viaje sin guía además de porque era más económico porque no pensábamos que lo fuéramos a necesitar. Pero sí teníamos el barco. En la parada de mitad del viaje el conductor nos dijo que para entrar en el barco hace falta un guía y que si lo queríamos contratar. Lo cual no tiene sentido, si puedo contratar la experiencia de barco sin guía, cómo es que luego lo necesito para montarme en el barco? En fin, la experiencia fue bien y las cascadas son muy recomendables, pero este intento de estafa te amarga un poco el resto de la experiencia.

Il posto è bellissimo, sono le seconde cascate più alte dell'africa, una giornata spesa bene. Sinceramente non ho apprezzato molto il comportamento della guida locale che ha messo subito le cose in chiaro, dicendoci che a fine tour gli avremo dovuto dare 40 dirham a testa, per il resto molto bello.

Entorno natural privilegiado y muy agradable de visitar dónde también puedes compartir las costumbres con los habitantes del lugar, lleno de famílias que pasan el día allí. Nuestro guía no estuvo a la altura de las necesidades de todos los componentes del grupo, se volcó en 3 personas y perdimos mucho el tiempo en las actividades que ellos querían realizar; por eso llegué al hotel pasadas las 21h. El entorno digno de visitar!
