We had an amazing time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had a mix of experienced divers and two new divers. And they did such a great job getting us all out to see the amazing sea life.

We went on a scuba/snorkeling day trip with mark and Brian and they gave us the best experience. In the winter they also took us whale watching. We went to two locations and saw loads of turtles, eels, and fish. Absolutely amazing guys and great day.

Let me start with a positive. Marissa and Ryan, our tour operators, we’re both outstanding. No problems with them at all. They were very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. I would have rated this lower, if not for them. Now the negative. They brand this as a “VIP” Tour and it is anything but. The boat holds 12 people and is very small with no room to move around and no restrooms. The lunch was store-bought cold cuts and fruit. this tour is not a “VIP“ experience. I think we would have been better off selecting a larger more comfortable boat and save a few bucks. Also, one of their boats is out of service due to mechanical issues. They knew this and took a reservation anyway. At the last second they wanted to switch it to an afternoon. We really wanted to go in the morning so I had to rearrange our itinerary. They should not be taking reservations knowing that their boat is out of service (it has been out of service for several weeks so this isn’t a last second mechanical issue).

Absolutely amazing! Chelsea and Marina were so wonderful! I was actually a little scared to dive, but Chelsea really walked us through everything and made sure we were ready and safe. It was probably the best outing we had in Maui. The boat only had twelve people on it too, so even the boat ride was fun!

We awoke to gray skies and rain predictions but headed over to the launch site anyway. We were 45 min early which was unnecessary as the rules at the launch site is they have only 10 mins to use the ramp so once they arrived, we were off. Our captain, Christina, was fantastic! Upbeat, friendly, experienced and knew so much about whales it was terrific because, as she sorted our intended path to best avoid the scattered showers she also did a great job of whale watch leading. It was like a science class on the water! We missed 90% of the scattered showers through her great captaining. I recommend splurging for the more expensive option. We had only 2 others on the boat both who were signed up for scuba. I was sorry I hadn’t chosen that option as my daughter has a long-standing desire to try it and the man on board in charge of that was super nice and experienced. It was truly our favorite part of our trip! Many thanks!

The day before the tour we were told that one of their boats had mechanical issues. So they switched us from the 9:30 AM 4 hour tour to the 1:30 PM 2-1/2 hour tour. On the day of the tour, we had just managed to find parking when I received a message that their 2nd boat was having mechanical issues. So our tour was cancelled. By then it was really too late in the day to plan anything else. I do realize that things happen. But the kids were very disappointed. I left a message asking about anything that may be available the next day (our last day) and did not receive a call back. Life happens - but this was super disappointing to have planned it in advance and be left with no snorkel trip on our time in Maui. I’m sure it would have been beautiful had we been able to go.

What a great day on the water! The crew was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. They took us to 3 great spots for diving/snorkeling. The lunch was a Chili’s chicken burrito and some amazing banana bread! We saw turtles, many varieties of colorful fish, an octopus, and a barracuda. The pier wreckage was really great for divers. The entire family enjoyed this trip!

We had an absolute blast. The trip was the perfect amount of people where we could speak with the guides and ask questions. The different snorkel spots were beautiful. We saw tons of different fish and a lot of turtles. The lunch was great and plenty of waters and sodas were provided! Highly recommend.
