Terrible! El guía no tenia no idea, pretendía que camináramos por Quevedo para ir al metro cable. Nos sentimos muy inseguros. Cuando mi mama le manifestó su inquietud empezó a discutir con ella. Se suponía que el tour tenía un recorrido gastronómico, y ni un vaso de agua nos tomamos. Nos llevó a dos sitios a almorzar y no tenia no reserva. Cuando le preguntamos sobre el recorrido gastronómico, su respuesta fue “solo me dijeron que el almuerzo”

Sin preguntar mas palabras hemos procedido a hacer el reembolso TOTAL, ya que nuestra empresa es seria y tiene una garantía de satisfacción total o devolución de su dinero. Una vez realizado este reembolso total, le agradecemos eliminar este comentario según lo acordado. Entiendo que usted mismo ha intentado eliminar este comentario puesto que acordamos ya el reembolso total, es una verdadera lastima que el mismo sistema de Viator no te permite eliminar este comentario. Es injusto. Esperemos que algun dia el equipo de Viator ayude para eliminar el comentario puesto que ya tu recibiste el reembolso total y nosotros hicimos un free tour. Por eso hago una invitacion, a acercarse a nosotros y dialogar antes de precipitarse a hacer alboroto en redes sociales con una reseña que no le garantiza un reembolso, solo hasta que dialogamos entre las partes y amigablemente llegamos al acuerdo del reembolso. El hecho es que siempre hay una solucion que la empresa puede dar, antes de que se desquiten acaloradamente en redes sociales.
