Fantastic tour with drone movie and pictures

This was a very good tour. Jazz was perfect as my guide. And I loved the dronemovie and pictures. Really gave the experience that extra umph. The only thing yhat would improve the tour would be if it’s possible to find more places that are a little bit quiet when you get the information from the guide. Because there’s a lot of loud music everywhere so it’s hard to hear all the information.

I appreciate a way of communication prior the event. My question whether to take a taxi to a meeting place or was it in a walking distance from the Metro station, had been answered. My taxi driver called the number provided for a direction and the call was answered promptly. At the end of my ride to the meeting place, the street was so busy, that the taxi stopped 200 meters before reaching the destination. My taxi driver made a quick call again and the owner of the travel agency was so nice and went to pick me up right from where the taxi stopped. The tour guide was awesome. It was a small group of 3 people and we got 100% of his attention. I felt safe with Louis, the tour guide. He's introduced us to some local food specialties. This was also nice. Be aware however that lots of food in Colombia is made of corn flour.

What an amazing experience! Louis grew up in the Comuna and knew so much of the history that has taken place there. The artwork is fabulous and the way it speaks to the history is touching.

This tour was a very humbling experience! It was an upclose look into the lives of the folks that live in the communa 13 community! The artwork was out of this world!!! There were plenty of opportunities to take lots of photos and also lots of vendors! I plan on going back on my own to purchase souvenirs and spend time watching to street shows.

Osiris our tour guide was fantastic we learned so much about Comuna 13.

Our Tour Guide was Osiris, We travelled to Medellin and one of the touristic sites was Comuna 13. We were paired with our tour guide Osiris. She was electric very knowledgeable about the story of Comuna 13, very courteous and because the walk was a bit long she accommodated us by stopping places and taking pictures, getting food and drinking water. The experience was fantastic if you guys go ask for her.

Not a good tour company

The tour company contacted us before the tour saying that they needed to move the time because the tour guide had a doctors appointment, this was frustrating as we had already bought tickets for a specific time and we could not move this as we had a flight later. When we relayed this information, called us (30 mins before the tour was meant to begin) and told us that the tour would go ahead at the time however there was no tour guide but they would find one … this was concerning as we did not want to travel 30 mins to the destination only for the tour to be cancelled due to no tour guide. We asked for confirmation if the tour was going ahead and by the time we received a reply, we did not have enough time to arrive to the meet up point and had to cancel. The whole experience was very unprofessional, they should not have advertised a time and sold tickets for a tour that they were unable to make. The last minute communication was very stressful and resulted in a wasted afternoon of our holiday.
