The driver never communicated with me and did not show up. Yet my credit card was charged. I was stranded at the airport late at night. I had arrange a new ride with someone I had no way to trust. Luckily he was a good person and took care but it cost me $120 US.

Wasn’t a good experience, my flight was delayed and I communicated with my driver before that my flight was delayed an hour and he said it was fine and he will pick me up when I arrive. When I arrived I try to communicate with him and didn’t get an answer. Waited 45 minutes. Just got an Uber. Wouldn’t recommend. Wasted $40.

Our driver kept in contact with us from the moment my flight landed. He was courteous, respectful. A+ service from soup to nuts. I would highly recommend their service. Communication is key and he hit it out of the park. The only thing I would change is to have the driver pick people up UPSTAIRS as the pickup downstairs is VERY BUSY and chaotic.

A great driver who went above and beyond

Edwin was the perfect driver to pick us up. There was a bit of a language barrier, but that did not stop clear communication. Finding him was very easy after our flight arrived and he pointed out some points of interest on our way to the hotel. I accidentally left my phone in the car and Edwin brought it back to my hotel later. A truly great guy.
