Martín was a very good tour guide... kind, knowledgeable and helpful. There was nothing cheesy or touristy about this tour. The Basilicas are beautiful and seeing the miraculous image of Our Lady of Guadalupe was amazing. I highly recommend!

We had a private tour specifically to Guadalupe Basilica and our guide Andrew was very friendly and was giving us very good explanations in English. The tour office person I had in communication was very helpful. We had extended our tour for 2 hours and the extra hours were not so expensive. They even picked up us from airport with regular taxi fare.

Our tour guides Emily and Diego were both personable and flexible. This helped make our tour of Guadalupe Basilica very rewarding. They arranged transportation to and from our AirBnB, help us with the layout of Guadalupe's multiple churches, and gave us time to pray and experience this most important religious site of North America. We are so grateful to them!

Jordy was very knowledgeable of the entire experience. Be prepared to walk, especially up to the hill chapel. View up there was beautiful. We were lucky we came at a time when it was not so crowded and the weather was good (early March).

Andrew was our guide for this tour and he was amazing. We could tell that he was passionate about the history of the Basilica. He was so nice and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend the private tour as this is a very special place even if you aren't catholic.

Our trip was great! Our guide Ruben was very prompt, knowledgeable and communicative. We visited all the sites and he explained many things to us, both historical/cultural and religious. The site was busy because it was a Saturday but he navigated us around the various churches so that we saw everything during our 2 hour visit. Thank you Ruben!

The guide was nice and showed us all the details of the site. I booked two itineraries, and the second one was overlapping with this private tour so I could compare. The second tour I book includes the Teotihuacan, Tlatelolco, and the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The guide for the second tour did not show us around the Basilica. He only briefly took us inside the new building and talked for maybe five minutes about the history and that is it. I suggest doing the Basilica tour alone - do not combine it with the pyramid tours if the Basilica is your main purpose of visit Mexico City. You may also read and watch YouTube to learn about history of the miracle and tour after, so you're armed with knowledge and the tour is just visual experience.
