    Dante and Ricardo were excellent guides. Very knowledgeable and kind. The tour is well managed and the transport is very comfortable. We loved it and highly recommend.

    The time spent at Teotihuacan was fantastic and Juan, our guide was very knowledgeable and attentive in the information shared with us about what we were seeing and experiencing. He was also extremely diligent in ensuring we were given the same explanations as our fellow Spanish speaking tourista. The restaurant we stopped at for lunch was verging on unbearable; after having spent a morning walking around hot and dusty ruins, a more peaceful lunch would have been appreciated. The time allocated for this was also a little too long…felt like a deliberate push to go shopping, which would be fine if it was the only place, but there had been a very long stop prior to getting to the ruins.

    The visits hit all the places they stated, but the explanation was average, even rushed at the basilica and the Tlatelolco. The guide was an archeologist but the explanation was super plain in the pyramids. They stop you for lunch in a touristic trap where the food is poor and expensive, and they force two stops at souvenirs stores without anybody requesting it, even when nobody is buying anything and the whole group is waiting they force you to stay there.

    I would highly recommend this trip! Allan our tour guide was fantastic, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The pace of the trip was great and we got to cover a lot of ground. The van ride alone was worth it to see the topography and layout of Mexico outside of Mexico City. You learn so much about the history of Mexico through this trip, especially through the tequila and agave tour with Jesus. 10/10!

    Great tour and a useful way to spend a day. Plenty of walking, so I would recommend sneakers and bringing your own water. Tour guide was knowledgeable and made an effort to know you.

    Going to the Basilica de Guadalupe. The hsitory and the significance of the Basilica, and just standing in the presence of such reverence was inspiring. The guide was very knowledgeable of it history and engaging.

    Good but not Great.

    The trip and tourguide is good, but if you are looking to go there for religious purposes, there wasn't enough time to properly see the Basilica. The title promotes Teotihuacan and the Bascillica, yet we only got to have personal time there for only 10 minutes. The title should not have Basillica in it if barley any time waa given to it. If you don't care about the Basillica, then it is okay.

    Fun time for my first time in CDMX

    I enjoyed the tour. The best parts were trying the tequila, pulque learning about the history of Teotihuacan, and visiting the Basilica de Guadalupe. It was convenient to be picked up and dropped off at the hotel. The place we were taken to have lunch was mediocre and expensive, however, I had to eat something as I made the mistake of not having breakfast. Overall, I was satisfied with the tour.

    Nice to be picked up and dropped off where we were staying. All the sites we visited were amazing! My only suggestions for improvement are a little more info about some of the sites would be interesting and maybe a speaker in the van for the people in the back to hear better.

    Decent Experience With Some Highs and Lows

    I think this was a worthwhile experience, - we got the experiences we paid for, and at more than a reasonable cost, but definitely some occurrences that brought the tour down. Short time at Tlatelolco- this is mentioned in the tour description, yes. But not mentioned was the artisanal studio tour and visit to the subsequent giftshop (the latter which lasted 40 minutes). More time at Tlatelolco would have been appreciated to even just walk around. Teotihuacan- definitely didn't do three hours there. We probably did two at most, which felt like a good enough time to spend at the site. Maybe just add it to the itinerary? Shrine of Guadalupe- more free time to explore around would have been cool. Main thing tho that really brought this down was that due to sudden circumstances I was told by the guide that they would not be able to drop me off at my hotel. The guide pointed down the street and said it was only a few blocks and that it would be right in front of me. It felt like I had to get going urgently so I did that. Unfortunately my phone had died just a few minutes before, so I walked for a good half hour and didn't see my hotel or its street. I did manage to find a cafe with an outlet to charge my phone and get back to my hotel but wasn't a great way to end the tour and just would have appreciated checking the direction (eith me) I was supposed to go in, especially being in a city where as a tourist I'm not familiar with the layout. That said our guide was very knowledgeable about the history and the restaurant they took us to for lunch was decent.

    The guide for this tour did not show us all the details of the Basilica. The office of Viator told us the tour will end between 5pm or 6pm, but the guide completed our tour just around 4pm. He did not show us the details of the Basilica. If your main interest is the Basilica, then I suggest doing the tour of the Basilica separately. Do not combine the tours of the pyramids with the Basilica. The guide for our tour did not show us the old building, did not go up the hill where the miracle occurred.
