What To Expect

Meet up with your guide and begin your walking tour of downtown Mexico City. Learn about art as well as Mexico’s love of food, culture, and color and see how ancient Mexican life and Spanish culture have shaped the modern-day city.

Visit landmarks such as the ruins of the ancient Templo Mayor, the Spanish-made Metropolitan Cathedral, and Mexico’s very fist synagogue. Your guide will also take you to local markets to experience everyday life in the city and sample the food and drink such as Pulque and Mezcal.

Discover Mexico City’s Muralist Art movement inside the National Palace of Fine Arts, a landmark in the city center, and see the first murals by artists like Diego Rivera. Explore this marble, Carrera era building containing a theater, concert hall, and several galleries of paintings and other works of art.
