We had an excellent experience at the tour. Teotihuacan is such a peaceful place. The Basilica of Guadalupe is so beautiful. It is a perfect trip for relaxation. We love this trip with Carlos.

Charlie and Alberto were super knowledgeable and trustworthy. I liked that we could leave our items in the van to explore comfortably. I recommend getting the lunch package as it saves time and money. I highly recommend.

Enjoyable tour

Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, the van was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed seeing the historical sites. However, the overall experience fell a little short due to some logistical inefficiencies. The advertised 3 stops turned out to be more than double that, leading to a disjointed experience. Implementing predetermined timeframes for stops (i.e., 15 minutes at rest stop and gift shops) could greatly improve efficiency and overall satisfaction of guests.

We loved our trip with ViewMexTours. Rosamaria was such a great tour guide. She was able to switch between Spanish and English so well that those members of the group who didn't speak Spanish got the same great information. The van came right on time and was very comfortable with just the right number of people to not make it crowded. It was great to see La Plaza de Tres Culturas, Teotihuacan, and The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe all on the same day. The only thing I would improve on is to spend less time at the market (although the information there about stone carving and silver and the Tequila tasting was very interesting). Since this was the same place we came back to for lunch, I'm sure it's an arrangement for business for the company. Speaking of the lunch, it was wonderful with many menu choices and the dining accommodations were quiet and very lovely. My wife and I felt we did not have enough time at the Shrine of Our Lady. (She stayed while the group (and I) went back on the van to our hotels. She took an Uber back later.) But I understand that we packed a lot into an 8:30 - 5 pm day so I can't complain too much. I am so happy we booked with this company. They were efficient, and fun to be with, and the price was a real bargain for what we got: transportation, a wonderful guide, entrance to all the attractions, and a great lunch. I highly recommend them.

Disappointing and long

The visit had too many stops and too much waiting to actually get to Teotihuacan. By the time we did it was the heat of the day and you did not want to be out more than 15 minutes. There was also challenges of having to do the tour in multiple languages which extended the time. If you like all day tours with multiple sites this is your tour. If you want to just go to see The Sun and The Moon then I would not recommend.

Fun day! We really enjoyed it. Really interesting to learn the history and to see the pyramids. It’s a nice tour if you want a day trip. We started at about 8am for pickup and finished around 4:30pm

The pyramid complex. Charlie was very informative. Sometimes it got confusing with him having to switch back and forth between English and Spanish. It was a bilingual group.

We called to rearrange our trip because of illness. They reassured us that we were rescheduled. The next day we waited no one came. We called them over 4 times (2 different whatsapp numbers) and sent various WhatsApp messages. No one responded. We talked to person who was not useful because they told us to call the other number that we were already calling. Very disappointed.

Pyramids or temples?

Carlos gave us an awesome history lesson about this interesting tour! I feel that Viator should provide a detailed itinerary of the tour we purchase. Some people like to know exactly what the tour will entail. Overall, my family and are happy to have picked this tour.

Excellent, entertaining, knowledgeable guide. Good, safe driver. Pickup and return on time. The pyramids are fascinating, and the plaza de las 3 culturas y Guadeloupe interesting. The van could be cleaner and the air conditioning better. The visit to the obsidian- silver makers is an extra marketing stop.

10 Hour Tour

Great tour of Teotihuacan! Tour guide was caring and informative! Lunch was nice. We didn’t realize the tour was 10 hours long so had to leave early. It was a long day. In warm weather it may be good to walk through Teotihuacán earlier in the day and skip visiting ruins within the Mexico City. The multiple shopping stops could have been skipped as well.

We enjoyed the guided tour and were glad we chose this one. The length of time at Teotihaucan was just right. One thing I would add is that is not a place for people with limited mobility. there are a lot of stairs to navigate. our guide, Rosa, was knowledgeable, fun, and helpful.
