    This cruise was not what we paid for. The only cruise at that date at time was to see the Miami Mansions…..who wants to look at houses for 90 minutes! You miss sold us something for £146.

    The boat was clean and the staff was nice. There were drinks on the boat. However, make sure you are an hour early for check in or you will have to pay extra..
    Boat itself was not the best, but the host made it worth the trip.

    This was a great fun your - our MC kept the fun facts and jokes coming. We saw many celebrity mansions and landmarks. The only downside was that our was quite difficult to find the stand to check in and collect my ticket - the name of the company differs from the one on the booking. Also, the chairs in the upper deck of the boat, in the centre , are dated and need to be more secure.

    The checkin is right on Pier 5. Coast guard rules are each boat must have a separate name. There are 2 big flags the say check in and this is where you get the boarding pass. It is right behind victoria secrets.

    Mi esposo y yo pensábamos que habíamos comprado 90 minutos para visitar biscayne bay y south beach al atardecer. Cuando hicimos el check-in, la persona que nos atendió nos dio dos tickets para “millionaires houses tour”, y nosotros no habíamos comprado eso!!! Me dio mucha impotencia porque ella nos dijo que el tour que salía era ese, y no había otro. Obviamente Viator nos engañó una vez más en la descripción del producto, y nunca hicimos nuestro tour por la playa. Fue un tour que no teníamos pensado hacer, porque visitar casas de ricos y famosos nos parece una pérdida de tiempo. De hecho, esas casas no son habitadas por las celebridades, ya que allí no hay nada de privacidad. Son ex casas que celebridades compraron y después vendieron. En el barco tampoco había espacio suficiente, y nos hicieron sentar adentro. Hacía muchísimo calor, después preguntamos si podíamos salir, pero estaba lleno de personas, todas amontonadas, no había espacio para nada. Tristemente Viator estafa a la gente con las descripciones de los tours que ofrece. Ya no vamos a comprar nunca mas nada mediante esta pagina.
