Worst experience ever!!!

Worst experience ever! We were never met getting off the plane and told to talk to the Mobay desk. The lady was SO rude! She said Viator never sent the reso. When we called customer service they said Mobay should have it. We wanted so much time and still had to stand in the general line. No one would help us or take responsibility. We will NEVER book with Viator again!

Arrival and departure issues

We had a few issues regarding our arrival due to unexpected flight delays and had difficulty communicating that which in turn caused most of our meet and greet at the airport not to happen. I had sent numerous emails notifying Mobay about delays and new arrival times but got no response. Once we did connect with MoBay personnel we ended up being rushed out of the lounge by the people doing the transfer to the hotel because of time constraints. The departure ended up being confusing as well. The company providing the transfer did not drop us off at the area where we were to meet MoBay personnel, we had no idea that was to happen, nor we informed of that. That in turn led to some excessive waits in line to clear customs etc. which we thought would be avoided by using this service. Once we finally got to the lounge we enjoyed it but to that point I was not very impressed with how the service was.

Not Worth It

Club Mobay is not what it use to be. You are going to either wait one hour to get through immigration or one hour at baggage claim. If you wait the one hour to get through immigration, when you get to baggage claim, your luggage will be ready. If you pay for expedited service through immigration, you will still have to wait one hour in baggage claim to get your luggage.

We love club Mobay and would never travel to Jamaica without it. They are so friendly and get us zipping past all those lines in customs! Before you know it, you have all your bags, a rum punch and some food, before getting your transport! You need departures too!! You will get through security very quickly and can comfortably wait for your flight!

Would’ve recommended except the return transfer isn’t practical

Our greeters were excellent. Whisked is through customs and into the lounge. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable . Definitely worth the cost . The downside is that our departing flight isn’t until 1:35 pm. And we have been told that our transfer back to airport is at 8:15am. That is much too early and cuts into valuable vacation time
