We are sorry for your accommodation experience. Normally we if a client is not comfortable with the hotel we do always upgrade them. I.e From budget hotel to mid-range hotel or from mid-range to Luxury hotel at an extra cost but unfortunately in this case we couldn't do the upgrade because we didn't get the go ahead for the upgrade, and we explained to you.
We apologise on behalf of your booking agent in viator who booked on your behalf and failed explain to you clearly the level of accommodation.... Unfortunately the package he booked for you is a budget package and that's why we could only book you at a budget
hotel for the amount paid to us.
