Très déçu , la personne envers qui j’ai réservé ce Safari( Viator) ne m’a pas prévenu que l’endroit où nous allions dormir, était vraiment plus que robuste ( repas vraiment très minime le déjeuner, n’en parlons pas, la douche, une catastrophe, l’électricité, il y en a une heure par jour vraiment très déçu) heureusement que dans tout cela, nous avons eu un guide pendant le Safari qui a su nous redonner le sourire ( Safari magnifique)

Normally we if a client is not comfortable with the hotel we do always upgrade them. I.e From budget hotel to mid-range hotel or from mid-range to Luxury hotel at an extra cost but unfortunately in this case we couldn't do the upgrade because we didn't get the go ahead for the upgrade, and we explained to you. We apologise on behalf of your booking agent in viator who booked on your behalf and failed explain to you clearly the level of accommodation.... Unfortunately the package he booked for you is a budget package and that's why we could only book you at a budget hotel for the amount paid to us. At Starvel Safaris, we understand the importance of clients satisfaction and we're pleased to hear that you had a magnificent safari experience and we are sorry that you didn't like the budget accommodation. We are also happy to hear your Guide who was Muema did an amazing job, it's wonderful to hear that he contributed to the success of your safari. Thank you once again for Choosing Starvel Safaris!
