Loved seeing the Napa and Sonoma areas. The Oakville Grocery stop for lunch was an excellent recommendation. Our tour guide, Edward, made sure we had an unforgettable experience.
Great Day in Wine Country

Our group had an AMAZING time with Kyle. He was friendly, personable and made us laugh all day. The SUV was large and comfortable for our group and the emails sent pre-trip were informative and allowed us the flexibility the go to the tastings we wanted, with recommendations we appreciated. Definitely recommend this company and trip. Ask for Kyle!
LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE LAS VISITAS REALIZADAS A VITIVINÍCOLAS A NIVEL MUNDIAL

Para el costo del tour, es la experiencia más desagradable que hemos vivido mi esposa y un servidor. El CHOFER, Eduardo Escobar, se contactó con nosotros desde el 8 de agosto por whatsApp y definimos el hotel, el horario de recogida, las bodegas vitivinícolas a visitar, así como los horarios en que debíamos estar en cada una de ellas. A mi llegada a San Francisco, el día 14, le envié un recordatorio y confirmación del horario. El horario de recogida era 8.15 A.M. minutos antes el sr. Escobar envío un whatsAPP En el cual decía que se había descompuesto la limusine y que pasaría con una CAMIONETA LINCOLN NAVIGATOR. Y textualmente puso “ y haremos el ajuste del precio del transporte” lo cual, no ocurrió. El sr. no llego a las 8:15, a las 9:15 nos hablo diciendo que ya se encontraba afuera del hotel gran Hyatt embarcadero. Sin embargo, nosotros estábamos hospedados en el grand HYATT SAN FRANCISCO UNIÓN SQUARE. Al llegar por nosotros a las 9:30 puso de pretexto, que su operador le había “cambiado” los datos originales que desde el día 10 de agosto habíamos confirmado vía whats. En ese momento, ya arriba del vehículo, le reclame molesto y por respuesta el sr. nos dijo en forma muy grosera y altanera “ que si no estábamos de acuerdo, en ese momento nos bajáramos del vehículo y que demandáramos a la EMPRESA. Mi esposa y un servidor no nos bajamos debido a que ya teníamos pagado el programa de visitas con los 3 viñedos (CAYMUS, DOMAINE CARNEROS Y CASTELO DI AMOROSA) y ya nos habían realizado los cargos. Sin embargo, todos los horarios se desfasaron y en el último viñedo nos cancelaron el recorrido. Como experiencia a sido la MÁS CARA, LA MÁS IMPUNTUAL Y CON LA PERSONA MÁS GROSERA, A TAL PUNTO QUE ESTOY VALORANDO CON MI ABOGADO DE DEMANDARLOS. NO LOS RECOMIENDO.
