Operating Schedule: Operating Hours 9:30am - 5:30pm, Buses every 25 minutes! One Tour Loop is 1 hour, 30 minutes. First Departures from Stop 1, Stop 5, Stop 6 at 9:30am. Last Full Loop Departure 4:00pm Any Stop. *Please note, during French Quarter Festival Weekend (April 11th - 14th) we will experience route changes and full day closures. Stops 1-2-3-4 are inaccessible due to street closures on Thursday and Friday. We will not operate on Saturday or Sunday.*

We had three different guides. One stayed downstairs & it was hard to understand him. THe second one stStillayed upstairs & she was very good. The third one had sound system problems. His voice went in & out & the people who sat in the front couldn't hear anything.

It was entertaining to have someone who was knowledgeable of each artifact, and was able to give the tourists insight of what we viewing. Not only did he give insight , but he was very upbeat and enthusiastic with his speak that he portrayed.

Fav part was “No Lines Linda” - best tour guide ever. She made the bus so fun and interesting with her partner Sean driving, they truly enjoy their jobs and helping people learn about the city. Colin was also amazing for the garden district walking tour. He made learning about the architecture so interesting and cool.

Getting on the bus and then being told the stops we had planned to get off at were not being stopped at due to construction…both days. So we missed the tour and did more walking than planned since the bus company let us down and then wouldn't respond to emails.

We were confused at the first stop on how it all worked. But as we were riding around we listened & figured it out. It’s a very nice way to move around town & get some education while you are doing it. One thing to note, do not stand up or move around while the bus is in motion, especially if you are on the upper level out in the open area. There are low lying branches & you will get hit in the head or face. The host speakers were awesome, very informative. We had 2 different ones & you hear something different each time.
We also did the Walking Tour of the Garden District. That tour guide (Colin Tyler) was equally amazing. He had a lot of facts & information about a lot of the houses. Would definitely recommend both the HOHO & tour.

It was pouring rain. We waited at stop #7, and watched 5 buses pass by without stopping. We called the customer service phone number, no answer. But a promise to leave our phone number and someone would return our call. No one ever called, all the rest of the day. After about 40 minutes of waiting, we gave up. Never could take the tour. Now I will have to haggle to get a refund.

Seeing all parts of the city. Learning some of the history of new orleans.
The mosoleums were eerie. The garden district was interesting.
