Gold Star Guide
Marie_R, Apr 2024
Raffle was hands down the best tour guide we have ever had This was my mom‘s first visit to New Orleans and with his tour it made her trip even better than she could have imagined. The best part is, we were the only two on the tour so we got him all to ourselves. He was courteous, thoughtful, and very, very knowledgeable of his city, New Orleans. We enjoyed everything he showed us. He is a GOLD star guide! Thank you so much.

Raffle is a 10/10 tour guide
Sunny_L, Jan 2024
Raffle's tour was our favorite part of our NOLA visit. He has the perfect personality and voice (volume) for a tour guide, and his personal connections to the city and its historic sites made the tour even more interesting. (That's saying a lot, because I normally dislike when tour guides share personal stories, but Raffle's personal insights actually enhanced the information he shared about the places we visited.) Do NOT miss a chance to book a tour with Raffle!

Our tour guide, Raffle, was excellent! He is a New Orleans native and knows his stuff. He was funny and very informative. He has all the back stories on the area. I will definitely book another tour with him, if I am in New Orleans again. (He gives many different tours).

Do yourself a favor and take a walk into the past
Robert_H, Mar 2023
Taking a tour with Raffle is like taking a huge step back in time and seeing New Orleans through the eyes of its early people. This wasn't a story time from something he memorized, this was the retelling of life experience.
Raff was an amazing tour guide
Lora_G, Feb 2023
We had a great experience. Raff was an amazing tour guide who took us through the amazing history of New Orleans. There was nobody else in our group and we ended having a private tour.

Booked Cemetery tour and had tickets. Showed up at meet up place and nobody there. Called and they said they do not do 11 AM tours and issued refund. Wasted a couple hours of my time
Disappointed
Kristie_M, Jul 2022
Nobody showed up to take us on a tour. My husband and I were at Armstrong park with another couple and nobody came to take us on the tour.
Do not recommend Viator.
Marsha_L, Jul 2022
We showed up at the appointee time to the correct location. There was one additional family there for this tour as well. No guide ever showed up. We wasted an hour waiting and on the phone with Viator over their misbooking. It was the last day of our trip and never got to go. Would’ve been much better booking directly with the tour company.
Great
Kelly_M, Dec 2021
Very informative, and engaging guide. Very disappointing to not be allowed in the cemeteries themselves, but that is no fault of the tour itself.
Disappointed

We were not able to be in New Orleans due to hurricane Ida. The entire city is closed without power. We received no acknowledgment or message from you canceling our tour or offering a refund.
