Central Park is the most-visited urban park in the United States, with almost 40 million visitors each year. It’s also one of the most-filmed locations in the world. Over 300 movies have scenes set in the park. Some of the highlights on this walking tour include the Loeb Central Park Boathouse from Sex and the City and When Harry Met Sally, the Mall from Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Kramer vs. Kramer, Wollman Skating Rink from Love Story, Tavern on the Green from Wall Street and Ghostbusters, and the Conservatory from Stewart Little. See the Bow Bridge, featured in Manhattan, and the Naumberg Bandshell, seen in Hair.

Walk where the cast of Glee danced and sang “I Love New York.” Feed the pigeons in the same spot Macaulay Culkin did in Home Alone 2. Visit Bethesda Terrace, seen in The Avengers, Delivery Man and Elf. Ride the carousel (own expense) featured in The Producers.

    Great little tour around Central Park

    Lovely lively and friendly guide took us around the South of Central Park. Tour lasted approximately 1.5hrs with a comfort break half way round. Lots of information about the movies and TV Shows shot in CP with pictures on her iPad. Plenty of opportunities to take photos and chat. We saw a lot more by taking a guided tour that we might have missed if just walking around ourselves. Tour finished close to Museums so really handy if you’re doing them on the same day.

    Benjie was soo good! I brought my mom, wife and our 3 kids and as uninterested as teens can be - all of my kids enjoyed it and stayed engaged the whole time! Benjie was so friendly and well spoken and knowledgeable! So worth it and glad we did that, what a great way to see some of Central Park.

    The tour guide was youthful and animated, he answered questions and allowed for sitting whenever possible (a plus) The weather was perfect and walking was easy, it was longer than we expected, in that we covered a lot of ground.     The meeting point was unclear with contradicting address and description. The guide was not to be found though supposed to carry a blue umbrella. We looked everywhere there and couldn’t find her. contacted the provider and got the guides number but she did not answer the call. Waisted 30 minutes looking for the tour and could not find them. The provider refused to refund and claimed we did not call.

    We checked with our guide, who did not hear anything from you, and also checked our RingCentral, and did not have any missed calls from you. We're happy to provide screenshots. You also never sent us proof that you called our guide. 21 other people were booked on this tour and they all found the meeting location just fine. We also offered to reschedule, even though that’s something we don’t have to do. We even offered to book you on the NYC TV & Movie Bus Tour, which is double the price, but you refused.

    Laura our guide was excellent. We did the private tour with her and it was so worth it. The meeting point is opposite the Oak Room at the plaza so can be a bit hard to find but another reviewer mentioned it so it’s worth noting. Laura was great and so knowledgeable. The pace was lovely and relaxed and she answered some of our random questions that weren’t even movie related! It was great to see movie stills and then the sites up close and so many of the movies we love have used Central Park as the back drop. I totally recommend this tour it was worth our time and money and Laura was just fantastic.
