Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

1000% recommend a bike ride through Central Park. My wife and I did a 2-Hour ride and it was more than enough time to get some scenery and even do a little shopping. The rental company was just as amazing. TJ was very helpful and gave us tips, do’s and don’t’s to get the best out of our time. Great experience overall!!

Everything was very smooth with the bike rental. All good until I fell off the bike while dismounting and broke my wrist. Would still do it again next time I’m in New York. By the way, the medical staff at Mt Sinai is also wonderful. 😊

Central Park Top to Bottom!

Excellent way to spend a day touring Central Park from one end to the other! Bikes are only allowed on certain paths, but you can easily get off, lock the bike up and explore other areas. It may be wise to bring a picnic. Or do what we did; lock the bikes up, wander into the neighborhoods on the west side and enjoy a nice lunch!

The shop is 5 minutes from the park and your time starts when you check in, not even allowing time to actually be given your bike, so a 2 hour rental is more like 1hr 40mins in the park. That was just about enough time to cycle at a fairly slow pace and get an ice cream. A lot of the park is only accessible on foot so we ended up walking back to the park to have a look round.

I loved being able to bike around Central Park. The bikes made it accessible. My husband, myself, and our grown son went the entire perimeter. We had issues with one of the bikes not wanting to shift gears correctly. Thankfully my son traded with me. He struggled with it too, but was able to make it work. I would suggest that they could maybe give a quickie lesson on gear shifting. We had to learn it on the fly by a biker in the park who was nice enough to give us some tips. We are not experienced riders-just average.

It is great fun to discover the entire Central Park like this within a short time. You can stop anywhere to take pictures thanks tp provided lockers. Unfortunatelly there were Not enough baskets available. But generlly, everything ran smoothly!! Thank you

1. location - if you rent a bike to ride the central park- there are bike rental shops that are located much closer to the park. consider you have to walk your bike to the central park. 2. the two bikes we got were poorly maintained - gear didn't shift. 3. they had only 1 bike with a basket which fell of after 2 minutes of riding .

We were recommended to ride around Central Park so I booked a 4hr bike experience , it was a great way to explore Central Park. The only thing I would say is the bike shop is a 5 minute ride out of the park so you do have to ride on the main road to get into the park, it was busy but we managed it. The shop service was quick and easy and we were on our way for a few hours of fun.
