The Limo was old , lights were burned out. There was rust and peeling paint as well as scratches and dents along the sides of the limo. Jerry our Lino driver was on his phone the whole time. We ended up opening the door for ourselves. I asked him to tell us about anything interesting we wouldn’t know about and he never said a word to us. Worst experience we had especially for the price of $1000.00. Don’t waste your time you can hop into a cab and have a better experience!

Sorry, to hear about your experience. We can guarantee That we do not have any older limos than 2020. our maintenance team checks every morning vehicles before they leave the base. It is illegal in NYC to operate vehicles for less than 5 years. Also, this is the visual Tour with a driver who takes you to the places, lets you walk, and takes some pictures Of you if you ask. drivers are not tour guides. for that, we have another option called. limo Tour with tour guide. Also, we can not find you in our system can you please let us know your reservation number so we can investigate this issue? if you will not send us any information this review will be marked as fake or COMPETITION.

Greg our driver was fantastic! He took us to all of the typical spots that tourists want to see while in NYC! Our teenage boys enjoyed their first limo ride and he even recommended a pizza place for us to stop at before heading back to our hotel!

This will probably be our best memory from NYC! It was the perfect way for our family to see the city, and my kids will always remember the unique experience riding in a limo!

Première déception, je pensais avoir un chauffeur qui parlait français, bon passons. Visite pont Brooklyn, ok, battery park, charging bull, ok, mais ensuite passer 1h30 à descendre la 6eme avenue dans les bouchons, c est très décevant. On pensait que sur une visite de 3h nous pourrions voir plus de quartier de NY, comme little Italy, Greenwich, voire Central Park, mais non. De plus le chauffeur est resté toute la dernière partie (1h30)au téléphone…pas très pro
