Trip was well organised. Our tour guide was Mike who was very down to earth and knowledgable of New York and places to see/visit. Christmas Light experience was very good, Mike took us to the key areas and allowed enough time for photos to be taken. On our return we stopped near Brooklyn Bridge for photos of New York Skyline. Despite it being a wet evening we thoroughly enjoyed and reccommend the trip.

Our guide Mike was awesome he had so much information to share and he did it so well with a few laughs in between. Honestly if I knew how informative it was going to be I would have recorded it so I'd remember everything he told us. The Christmas lights were beautiful even though we had some sprinkling rain. Well worth the trip. Where they stop at Brooklyn bridge is stunning and you can great pictures. Highly recommend this tour. Oh and Tommy our driver was also great, navigated us around the city so easily.

The guide was informative, the stop at the Brooklyn Bridge was great. The lights were really good but it was so crowded it was hard to appreciate them and hard to follow the guide. There was also a lot of rubbish around the suburb from light viewers which made me sad, I think the guide should ask everyone not to litter.

The lights were amazing. The driver was quite incredible getting us there and back efficiently and safely in the crowds. The sound, however on the bus was so loud. It was totally intrusive and made even short conversations between passengers impossible. Must be fixed and it would help if the guide really understood how it affects those listening.

Patricia was a wonderful guide!! The ride was comfortable but be prepared for walking, walking, and more walking through the neighborhood. Seeing the houses all decorated makes it all worth it though. There are also trucks throughout the neighborhood selling hot chocolate and snacks, and some of the residents themselves set up in front of their homes selling goodies as well.
