Not a good choice in January

I went on 1/3 and feel it was misrepresented. Many homes had minimal lights on. Would not recommend post Christmas.

We all really enjoyed this trip!! Steve was an excellent guide and was very helpful. It was great to visit Brooklyn and see a different area within New York. The stop off at DUMBO was great and just enough time to get some decent photos.

Dear Dajia_D Thank you for letting us know about this. Your feedback helps us do better. We are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately. Our tour coordinators are at the meeting point as early as 3:30 and we are lining up the passengers as they arrive. On the 23th of December you called to report that you will be late. We waited as always 10 minutes for late arrivals and your group was NOT there. As stated on your voucher "Out of respect to the other customers, the waiting time at a certain pick-up location will be no more than 10 minutes." After the waiting time of 10 minutes the bus departs.

Loved our guide. Comfortable by with restroom. Amazing houses decorated for Christmas! A little chaotic meeting the rep and getting checked in for the bus. It worked out though.

A Little Christmas Miracle that Will Touch Your Heart

I loved the story of the lady who started this tradition, and the family who uses their display to help St. Jude’s, and Michael’s story, which is a dad who does this to help his son and other kids with MS. Wonderful holiday experience. There were hot cocoa and ice cream trucks here and there, and nice ladies selling sweet treats and coffee in their driveways. There was even a dad cooking French fries in his driveway, he said the best in town! Our guide, Steve, gave us the best info as we made our way through the city into Brooklyn, and driver Fannie was a pro. I’d definitely do this again.

The tour guide Steve was great! He was able to help us walked around those Christmas light houses without problem. The reason I took one star off was at the begining. Try to find their bus was a nightmare. There were no sign at our bus meeting point. What made it worse was; there were 2 different tour groups meeting there. Anyway, we waited in the wrong line. And too many tourists going, about over 130 people going that cased delay to start the tour.
