Orlando was kind and very helpful. This was mine and the hubby first cruise and first vacation. He told us all about how he loves his job. How he loves humans and his grandchildren. There is nothing more important to me and my husband like family, and that made us feel like we were right at home when he drove us from the airport to where we were staying. If you get the opportunity to drive with Orlando I would highly suggest him five stars all the way.

Jose was great! Our flight was delayed and he waited for us at baggage claim holding a sign with my name. He also helped with luggage. Communication through text was very easy, always with a quick response. I would definitely recommend this service and Jose.

Our driver was an hour late due to an accident blocking the airport entrance. No one can change that type of delay but the driver did not communicate clearly that he was delayed. He kept saying he was there and I spent a lot of time trying to find him.
